"What's the secret for easily qualifying for the rank of Team Leader each month?"
This is a very good question every one want to be a Team Leader, I think there is only two way to become team leader every months.
1. You have to set a standing order.
2. You have to got few active PSAs.
if you fulfill above two criteria you will must become Team Leader.
Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

If you want more and more PSAs first of all you have to learn about SFI, after that you have to convince your friends, relatives and others who are interested in this type of business. if you success to convince them then you don't have to buy PSAs, you can build a strong team by yourself.
most important is that you have to confident about yourself that "YOU CAN DO IT"

You have to say your PSAs that Standing Order is very useful tools for become a team leader he/she can get 1st day of month EA or EA2 position and after collecting the VPs from various sources he/she can become next leader position. if he/she set a standing order and he become EA or EA2 he/she got immediately 2 CSAs and after the next rank he/she can get more and more CSAs.
I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

Actually you have a mentor, that is "YOU".
if you spend little bit of your valuable time you may become a very good mentor of SFI.
1. simply you have to learn about SFI from SFI Basics.
2. participate in SFI forum, read the posts and also you can ask questions and there is you can got so many mentors best answers.
i think this is the best way to fine best mentor.
