I think there is no strictly one answer to this question. There are affiliates who try to understand this bussiness from the very beggining, and they work their way through the success, and the other ones, who think you are the one who has to work for them.

The first ones ask so little question, and every time I try to teach them something, or tell them some, in my opinion, valuable information, I get the "Yes, I know about that" answer. So I get the feeling I'm pressuring them.

What would be "too much" and/or unnecessary communication with your team is a good question.

All communication that would be considered valuable if it is beneficial for the affiliate's business growth and/or motivation. Unnecessary communication would be of "no value" for business growth or not some sort of encouragement.

Communication in a business model, about business, would never be considered too much as all information would be relevant to the affiliate's

What I would consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team is when you give them information that is outside the SFI Community or information they are already aware of. Giving them information about other programs that has nothing to do with SFI is unnecessary.

Giving them information that they are already aware of is too much. For example, sending to them Latest News Updates about SFI is too much. Instead, advise them to always review the Latest News Updates

1)When affiliates join through my SFI Gateway URL I send them Welcome Letter with a heartiest welcome to SFI with a short description of SFI

2) I also do the same with the CSAs - assigned by SFI, win in daily grand, win in auction etc.

3) Send them weekly Group Mails with my advices, supports and suggestions about how to proceed to grow their business in SFI

4) Send those Team Mails as and when required such as daily grand win, promote rank, progress in E-365, SFI

When I first started SFI I was getting slammed with over 3 emails in a day about other products and I was getting confused. Not only did I have the emails of the Sponsor but of SFI as well. As SFI said "Free" to join, but I was getting slammed with emails that said I needed the Plug-In Profit and other programs as well and that I had to purchase them. This is where I think newcomers get overwhelmed and then to me it is spamming in a way and really turns you off!

I think there is no, "One size fits all," answer to this question.

It's a good idea to watch your Movers and Genealogy to see what the needs of the affiliates on all your generations might be at the present time. When you communicate your weekly message to everyone, ask them if they need any help and offer your assistance and/or encouragement. Since you know who your workers are, you can communicate with them more than once a week if they begin to ask questions or give feedback,

Hi. This is pretty much covered by SFI rules of success.
Send a welcome message when they first join telling them who you are and that you are there to help. Don't forget SFI will send them a daily launch pad mail for 30 days after they have joined.
So any other communication within that 30 days unless they ask you for help is both to much and unnecessary unless of course they are doing really well.
Even then be carefull. A short personal congratulation. You do not want to appear

Great question - we are all faced with this issue...However, it depends on their preferences: what is 'too much' for some affiliates might be 'not enough' for others.
You should, thus, find the 'safe middle' and limit to:
*3 stream posts
*weekly team mails maybe
*one/two individual message/month on their listed email address (for those 'inactive'), just to make sure they 'get' them, as maybe some don't even log in to SFI at all...

I feel that once a week is sufficient unless they personally request more from you.

Just let your team know that they are always welcome to contact you if they ever have any questions or need help with anything.

If you constantly send emails to them, they will eventually get annoyed & tired of receiving them & you could possibly lose them forever. Some will welcome them from you, but the majority won't.

I know that I don't like to be constantly bombarded
