On the other hand in my first two months already I have 150 friends a2a in many parts of the world with which we have shared correspondence, suggestions and up to us have helped each other to find solutions to some questions or procedures. I have started some time ago to incorporate my genealogy as a2a and I have not had results. I wish that this comment serves to continue insisting on communication with the downline, while incorporating new a2a and maintain permanent contacts. To find them it is simple, daily visit your table a2a in the task list, select them, and send them a request for friendship in the box that appears under the photo.

To have friends we must first be a friend. What we put out into the Universe always comes back to us. If we give positive support and assistance to others they will reciprocate. Also if we are honest and open with our own problems and challenges others will respond. No one knows we need help or support until we let them know we need help and support. For example if we have a PSA or CSA from a foreign country that we suspect might have difficulty with English, we can seek the help of someone from their country who is bi-lingual. A2A is perfect in dealing with such challenges. "Ask and it shall be given" applies to our A2A friends and contacts.

it is inevitable that the more messages you send to a2a friends the more prone they are to replying and when you've got them responding to your messages then you can introduce the methods in which you do your SFI business, your problems and of course achievements.
Through this way, they get much interested in offering assistance especially when you effectively communicate with them.
Don't also foeget to offer assistance when they need help also.
This way a sure partnership is generated and maintained.

Remember that they accept you as a friend because they are open to extend or ask for help. If you send a request and did not respond, two considerations maybe real: Your message may not yet read by your receiver or he needs help more than you. He may respond but may be offering another opportunity, that is solicitation, beware in doing so. It is not allowed here in SFI. You may get their involvement better when you find them in Forum site where you can post your concern where you need positive assitance. There are more SFI affiliates there who are more than willing to help even if they are not your A2A friends. I think the best use of A2A friends is to get the assistance of your A2A friend with the same nationality with your PSA or CSA in motivating them to become active in SFI. From there select those who are active leaders to whom you will request assistance in motivating your PSA or CSA who have same nationality or language with your A2A friend.

If you commented positive feedback through your personal experience with the company, definitely and surely your a2a friend will also offer positive support and assistance to everyone.

How do I get my a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance?
- Use and tell your a2a friends to use SFI communicate tools (stream, forum, chat, and any other tool, skype and any other)
- Redirect your a2a friends towards your website or blog where they find your gateway links and can become ECAs, or W3 members, or sell your own products, or buy your own products, or any other way
- Be and use localpay and tell your a2a friends of your country to use local pay
- Don't use directly a2a messages to sell or buy your own products! It is not regular and not accepted by SFI rules!
I have been asked numerous times, during my 3 months with SFI, by affiliates who were probably a2a contacts, for assistance. In one case the request followed a friend request so he could feel free to ask. He got a badge soon after. Other times, I am not sure from where they came. The questions were sometimes quite technical. I wondered, doesn't this affiliate have a sponsor. Well, I answer all the best I can. Once I saw a comment to a Stream of mine. I don't know the guy. I saw this a week or so after the "I wish someone would tell me how to do that". So I gathered the info and sent it to him. He replied,"Whats this?" I copied his comment to my Stream and sent it to him. He replied, "Oh, now I remember."
Their is a lot of help and assistance in a2a, because there are a lot of good people. I make the a2a connections. I should make better use of my connections. It is a personality defect, but I am getting over it.

Well,first, you must ASK for positive support and be very specific about what you want support for and assistance with. Keep it simple. And if you want to get "support and assistance" say something complimentary about your potential advisor.
If you get a response from him or her, respond with a very glowing "Thank You!".
If you do not get a response, ask your higher ranking up line member.

Lead by example.... It is like laughter you can not sit there and not be influenced by it... I mean if you are supporting and assisting and someone else sees the response to that sure enough they will also want to participate. It is positive... good feeds off good just as negative does so why not feed the positives....
I believe there is always a bonus to positive comments, support, and assistance. Big or small it is still a vital asset to any relationship social, intimate, or business.
