A situation is a challenge to each of us, especially when we are beginners in the SFI.

To find affiliates who will really be interested for the SFI and who will remain active first you need to know what the SFI and you need to believe in SFI.
You need to believe in yourself and in opportunities SFI offers.
You should know the answer to every possible question that a new affiliate can be set. Then your self-confidence will have the necessary energy to interest anyone who might come into your team.

Believe in yourself, be dedicated and you'll get everything you want.

From my personal experience, truly interested affiliates are usually the ones that respond in the initial communication via chat or e-mail. These are the people who ask questions and therefore allow you an opening to engage in a productive conversation for both parties. This is a very critical point,thus you got to be friendly,confident and helpful. As you may know, people are naturally suspicious/reluctant at this stage. So you need to show that you care by welcoming, guiding them through and allowing them time to do what they need. The thing is, the more care and passion you show through your work in SFI the more credibility you create within your group. Trust me that is showing. Which means that those inactive ones will start to "move" eventually.Remember:Those who have absolutely no interest don't sign up or opt out in a heartbeat.

The answer to that really is "There are no guarantees". You may achieve an above the average success in recruitment through warm marketing, but even that is not a sure thing. I have personally gotten some close friends to sign on and they are inactive till date and while some co-sponsored affiliates are quite active. It has to do with the affiliates themselves.
What you have to do is never give up, you find active ones in the most unusual settings.

There is no guarantee that Your affiliates will remain active, the Best You can do is keep promoting to get as many affiliates as possible. It's a numbers game,the more affiliates You have the greater the chance You'll find 5 that will duplicate what you're doing. Once You get Your affiliates I highly encourage You to keep them motivated on a daily basis. Send them messages and offer to help them if they seem stuck.

I believe that 99% of the SFI affiliates have the same problem.
If you're going to Facebook, Twitter, and other social sites, maybe you're gonna be lucky and find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active.
If you're going to some advertising or business internet sites, maybe you're gonna be lucky and find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active.
If you're going to the tripleclicks auctions and getting some PSA's or CSA's by bidding, maybe you're gonna be lucky and find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active.
But, maybe the most accurate way is to sponsor some people that you know personally. At such way, you can teach them well, because you know their personal characteristics, problems, affiliations, emotions, etc.
I think that this is the most proper solution.

We cannot actually find them, but we can attract them. Simple as that my friend. Remember that when you keep on finding things, the more that you will get tired and worst become frustrated when you cannot get what you expected. What is the best that you can do is to keep your ways attractive so that you can attract those best affiliates. It is best to point out that best selling books are not sold by force, instead they are bought because of their attracting contents. Maybe try to ask yourself; why do you want to watch a certain movie? maybe because to get attracted by the attractive advertisement.

This is really a great question, to find the most concise answer I would suggest the following steps that everyone regardless of rank and down line size should do. Firstly I would assume that as you are asking this question you are very positive and already thinking and acting proactively. You are exactly the type of person that you are looking for, remember that manic word DUPLICATION. So get a sheet of blank paper, what are your own personal circumstances? Write them down on the paper. They could be anything, maybe you have been made redundant or lost your regular work? Or your children have grown up, you have more time on your hands and want to create an income. Just think about your own particular circumstances. Believe it or not, your own circumstances will not be unique, especially as we have all been through this global recession for the past three years. SO to recap your ideal targeted person to find might be someone who is exactly in your situation. Secondly, think about what is driving you to succeed at this. It could be financial, to build a second income or indeed a long term residual income. You might even be retired and looking for a new challenge, where you can use your skills maybe for the first time for your own benefit. Whatever your reasons write them down, also write down your age and sex, then write down if your married, single, divorced etc. Finally write down how many hours you spend on Building your SFI business every week. You now have a profile for a targeted ideal affiliate, who can duplicate what you do. Now think about how you could connect with people like you. You stayed interested and you stayed active, so there's a good chance that people with similar profiles to you will do the same. If you are retired, you are in the biggest demographic wave, the baby boomers as they are called make up a huge percentage of the population in the eastern countries. You have time and experience on your side, meet people with common interests in clubs etc. if you are working full time, then you might want to spend some money advertising to your targeted audience. Any affiliate that is interested in SFI will surely remain in it because he/she already has passion for it.

However,to get affiliates that are interested in SFI should be a very difficult task because you can not say what anybody's like or dislike could be by mare looking at their faces.

The only way I think you can identify who is interested in SFI is by setting up a meeting for those who are interested in doing business around you..make it a class if you wish and tell them all you know about SFI. Tell them what is real about it and live them to make decisions on whether to join or not.
This way you might know who is interested or not.

Your question is nice, but i don't think you will get an appropriate answer. If we all knew the answer, we would all be rich by now. Some affiliates may seem interested at first and do all required tasks in SFI, and suddenly quit. I t is every leaders dream that your affiliates remain active. It is so difficult to take a horse to the river and make it drink! A lot of people want to achieve great results without too much effort. It is like a lot of people want to go to heaven without working for that outcome, no one want's to go to hell!

I believe in workers. How do we find workers? I have had success concentrating on crafts people and artisans that are looking for a way to sell there arts and crafts. In every town, city, village across the world, there are workers that are trying to make a living with their skills. Find them and introduce them to one of the fastest growing marketplaces in the world, Tripleclicks.
