T-credits are the lifeline of TripleClicks. They are as good as money in the bank. They provide the opportunity to post an ad, bid on items, guess a PTP, buy items, etc... Whenever my affiliates show themselves exceptional, I ALWAYS give them extra money --- Tcredits. It's the BEST way to show your team that you appreciate them.
You know the old saying, "money is the gift that keeps on giving..."

I believe transfering TCredit to PSAs or CSAs only motivates them to do more, especially the newbies(new affiliates), because as a beginner it's a bit hectic to gain points without guidance and encouragement. You giving your PSAs or CSAs TCredit only show them that you've got their backs, and trust me, in the long term, you will see the benefit. My upliner infact has been helpful to me on that and am doing same to my PSAs
The benefit of transferring T-Credits to our PSAs or CSAs is mainly psychological. Most of us can only afford to give at most five or ten T-Credits but the gift itself shows we are thinking of our downline Team. It is kind of like giving a Thank You card which doesn't give any real financial remuneration but it does make the recipient feel good. Transfering T-Credits to our PSAs and CSAs builds relationships with them and that's a good thing.

When PSA/CSA has a short of vp to qualify
1-They can bid with TC and collect MRP. 126MRP =1TC+102vp+5MRP
2-They will participate in PTP contest and win 100TC+5MRP
3-PSA/CSA can list their unwanted stuff or products to sell.so they can remain in the rank.
4-They can buy ebooks before the 15th of month so, they can get reviewing points.

If an affiliate was working hard and was very close to becoming a Team Leader of any rank or an EA and had been qualifying each month and really needed some TCredits to reach a goal during the current month, then I would be willing to give some TCredits, as they would help me also to gain a higher rank, in the long run. That would be the only benefit of giving away TCredits.

Oh its a nice question with a simple answer, when your down lines are getting success on sfi you are getting more successful as well, as whatever they buy your getting a direct commission on them. So if your downlines are challenged with tcredits and you are able to provide them some, good enough one might just go into the pick the price and win the price guess on an auction, with that they get up to 25 or 100 tcredit, with that, he/she can be lucky to win an auction, winning an auction he needs to make a payment of the amount, which is a direct commission for you, it might just be enough to buy the tcredit you gave out back.
