It is hard to keep someone from quitting anything if they have made their mind up to do so. However, it is good to encourage that person as much as possible. There are a few things that one can do to encourage that person not to quit. That does not mean, however, that he/she will not.

1. keep reminding them that SFI is not about instant success. It calls for hard work and commitment.
2. Regular messages of encouragement to log in and gain VP while at the same time telling them of the benefits of staying at SFI.

Great Question!

From what I have read in the forum, this seems to be something that we are all constantly thinking about here at SFI.

What I try to do is to keep my team engaged with everything that is happening at SFI. Using tools like the PSA/CSA mailer, and posting on my stream I try to create the sense of being part of a team, as well as show my team how excited I am to be a part of such a great group of people.

Not only do I send out newsletters about advertising and marketing, but I try to be creative and spark ideas as well. I have recently sent a newsletter on how to create a little extra income this holiday season by not only referring others to TripleClicks, but ideas of items that my team can sell themselves on TripleClicks to make some extra money.

I believe the best that I can do for my team is to tell them the things that I am doing to be successful, inspire their creativity, be supportive, recognize and announce their achievements, and reward them for reaching their goals.

I try to be sincere in my communication, and not to focus on "selling" to my PSA's. Always exhibit your passion for SFI and your business. The sales and achievements will follow!

The excitement and joy that you exhibit being part of SFI will become contagious!

This is one of the very big problem every affiliate face in SFI and I am extremely glad that you have raised the question. I have some strategies which really makes a lot of sense for my team. Let me list it out for general help

1. Always send a team mail with huge inspirational speeches or explaining about your success story to your affiliates. This generates a hope of light for them as you are the one they speak physically.

2. Organise some Webinars with your team members when ever time permits and try to clarify them about to the best of your knowledge. Share your tricks and success story on live video.

3. When ever you find one affiliate is online, never hesitate to start a conversation through SFI live chat. This is one of the very strong way to keep them away from giving up.

4. Organise contests and Keep your affiliates rewards for achieving certain goal. This keeps them motivated.

The answer is, YOU CAN'T!

The only thing you can do, is to understand what SFI can do for you, and pass it on to those in your downline. Remember, we are individuals, with individual personalities. Just as in many ways we are very much alike, so, too, are we in many ways different from one another.

People join SFI for varying reasons. Some are curiosity seekers. They join just simply for the thrill of joining, and if they can make money in the shortest amount of time, they may stick with it for awhile, until the money appears to slow down or stop, then they move onto the next "imaginary" overnight gold mine. These people will never get it.

Then, Zina, there are people who join SFI who truly desire the challenges of owning their own business. One they can build from the ground up. Only, with SFI, they don't have to start from scratch, because everything has been carefully put in place for them. These people get it. They get that SUCCESS comes early only for a handful of people whose situation starts out much differently than the average person's.

Finally, Zina, learn everything you can. Understand the number of ways you can be successful with SFI, promoting affiliates, selling TripleClicks products to family, friends, co-workers, and/or your own compiled contacts lists. Promoting the ECA program, recruiting ECAs to help build your business, and other ways so vast that even by now your own head may be spinning.

Point is, Zina, sell the benefits to your downline, benefits you understand and want them to understand as well. Will they all buy what you sell them? NO, they won't! But that's about all you can do. There are laws against holding people hostage. Lol

That's a very important question.

Firstly, you must contact them early enough, because they'll easily get discouraged if there is no support from sponsor/co sponsor to guide them on Getting Started!

Let them know that their earnings depends on the volume of VersaPoints accumulated, then proceed to telling them how to earn Versapoints. Also giving them a quick link to the referred pages for easy access to the page where these VersaPoints are earned!

Don't forget to tell them of all the TrippleClick Executive Pool benefits, as well as Pay- per- Auction programs, as these will draw their attention and make them more interested in the SFI program.

Then you can introduce the concept and importance of having a Standing Order! If you carry out the above instruction before introducing the standing order concept to them, they will understand better the importance of having a Standing Order.

The best ways to keep your downline from quitting are:

1. Find out what motivates them. Is it money? Helping others? Everyone has triggers which will motivate them more. Once you find that trigger you can approach them from that angle.

2. Communicate with your downline on a regular basis and help them when they ask you for help. Give them regular encouragement.

3. Ask them to set some goals and help them with this process. Make sure their goals are achievable yet not too easy, measurable and have a specific time frame for accomplishing them.

4. Show them your success and that if they just duplicate what you are doing they will succeed.

5. Remind them that SFI is not a "get-rich quick" scheme but consistent effort over time will build them a nice residual income.

I have read so many answers to the question asking about, how to keep your downline from quitting SFI, I agree with many of the answers because no one has control over another persons actions, feelings, or reasoning on what they want to do or why they want to do or whatever!
Ex: My child did not want to wear glasses even after the Dr. said she needed them. The family went nuts trying to prove to her that she should get glasses. Why? was asked many times, her answer was, she would look ugly, she would be laughed at and many other excuses. One day after finding out she really could not see how to read something very important she tried on her sisters glasses even though it was a different strength it made a difference, enough so that after getting her glasses you can’t tell her anything now, she can see.

The only thing to be done for our affiliates is, keep them informed of the things they need to get the goals they set for themselves and be a back-up for them when they need help in any way. They should be told the truth from day one of how things are and that they will need to work for what it is they aspire too. One day the light bulb will light up and that will be the day for AIMING HIGH and DREAMING BIG

SFI is geared towards informing affiliates and educating them towards a better future and earn money online.
If you have hundreds of unresponsive affiliates this is not your fault. The law of averages would suggest that it is a numbers game so you should keep trying to recruit more and more until you get a handful of gems.

SFI is there for everyone who wishs to use it so if you are having problems with retaining affiliates thats really down to the fact that they are not ready for SFI.

Focus on the ones who you feel are interested and show them the way (daily tasks, triple clicks, launchpad etc). A little each day will add to a brighter future.

I have over 200 affiliates and only about 5 seem to be logging in each day and only 1 or 2 have reached EA or EA 2 status. I am not giving up as I feel even if I have to get to 1000 recruits to get 5 gems I will do so.

Keep doing the tasks every day and dont quit. It WILL succeed for you.
