Great Question!

From what I have read in the forum, this seems to be something that we are all constantly thinking about here at SFI.

What I try to do is to keep my team engaged with everything that is happening at SFI. Using tools like the PSA/CSA mailer, and posting on my stream I try to create the sense of being part of a team, as well as show my team how excited I am to be a part of such a great group of people.

Not only do I send out newsletters about advertising and marketing, but I try to be creative and spark ideas as well. I have recently sent a newsletter on how to create a little extra income this holiday season by not only referring others to TripleClicks, but ideas of items that my team can sell themselves on TripleClicks to make some extra money.

I believe the best that I can do for my team is to tell them the things that I am doing to be successful, inspire their creativity, be supportive, recognize and announce their achievements, and reward them for reaching their goals.

I try to be sincere in my communication, and not to focus on "selling" to my PSA's. Always exhibit your passion for SFI and your business. The sales and achievements will follow!

The excitement and joy that you exhibit being part of SFI will become contagious!

For me, I would have to say the one's that I use the most are Genealogy and Hit Tracking/Keycodes.

The genealogy is incredibly useful to see how our PSA's are doing, but is also a very well thought out tool. Not only can you sort by various fields and apply filters to narrow down your search, most fields have links that you can drill into to gain even more information on your PSA's. The amount of information you can gather by just drilling into the links is incredible, and these links make it easy to find all the information you need in one place.

By applying filters, you can email messages using Team Mail that pertain to certain affiliates, making your Team Mails more targeted depending on where your PSA's are in developing their business; for example if you want to email a message to everyone who joined this week, or maybe for everyone that has not logged for more than 30 days. This allows us to get very targeted messages out to groups of affiliates quickly and easily making the Team Mails our PSA's receive more relevant to them.

Other tabs on the genealogy allow us to see if our PSA's are members of S Builder Co-Op; Reassign affiliates; View the VersaPoints they have accumulated this month, last month or for the year; etc.

There is so much information in the genealogy that gives us insight into our PSA's, I don't know if I could live without it!

Also, the Hit Tracker is something that I use often. I use a variety of paid and free advertising methods, and track them with Hit Tracking/Keycodes. The information that is provided lets me know how many clicks I receive from each method, as well as looking at the genealogy lets me know conversion rates. This way I can use both my time and money effectively when advertising my gateways.
