To help keep your people into what they are doing, is to get involved. Give them a call
get to know them, because moving around the site the first day can over whelm anyone if they don't know what they are doing. It's a lot of reading and then you have to try to understand, but the more of the questions I read in the ASK SC tab the more I start to understand.

The best way to keep our downline from quitting and giving up on SFI is by interacting with our downline so that they will not hesitate to share their problem with us and that they can tell us they reason why they want to quit.Suppose they they need more VP to save their current rank,we should try to solve their problem e.g-by giving them them a Gift Certificate .

Hi Zina!

This is a tricky question. And my honest opinion is that you can't keep your downline from quitting and giving up if they rely want to do it. You can give them advice's and support them but you can't make them to do something they don't want. We are all different and have are own reasons why we are in SFI.

Just keep motivating them and the hard workers will stay in business.

I wish you best luck and success!

You will have some that will make EA in two days and then quit abruptly. All you can do lead by example. Just keep offering your help to your downline and those who want it will stay. Also, just keep building your business every month. It only takes 3 to 5 special affiliates to build a lifetime of income.

To keep my down line from quiting up on SFI,They must be encouraged by rewarding them with some incentives in form of PSAs,T credits and gift that will motivate them.
They should also be served and acknowledged them that its not a winning of plater of gold but to know that SFI is full of challenges but if endures, success will come at the end.

Some will, some won't, so what, next. I don't mean to sound harsh; but my strategy is to focus on my top 25 movers. If the others want to get my attention (even if they are at the bottom)they will email me for help. (they got my attention. I then reassign; etc. they now become in my top 50. to work with. email me when you can for further help.

My answer here is simple: Instill self-realization. Assess your self also how you can let them understand the greater cost of starting and starting over again. Your ultimate goal is to let them appreciate the efficiency of continuing efforts without stopping until it becomes simple routine activity that returns regular desirable and pleasing results.
