Everyone destined to achieve great things will encounter adversity and naysayers.
My experience is that the worst of these comes from within your closest circles (family, so-called friends, excrete). This is reality: success does not come free. and to achieve it you will have to invest in yourself.

Sure you will have those who argue with you during your early efforts...saying discouraging things and trying to make you sorry for your choices to work toward success... NEVER GIVE UP

Hello Zina:
I've done this same question many times and believe me it is not for lack of communication, because I have tried by all means to contact with the descending line and it has proved impossible. Only one of the affiliates is in permanent contact and it is not pure coincidence, is fighting with much success to reach its EA2.
I would like to be in contact daily with the Group of people that make up the team together to analyze possibilities, eliminate doubts, obtain benefits and

I truly do appreciate this question. It is not only down-line members that can give up on SFI but it also applies to those of us who support a down-line too.

I find communication to be the #1 strategy in supporting down-line members to continue on in their development of their own SFI business. SFI is built on co-operation and support, thus communication is an important feature of such.

It is important to communicate, not only about SFI, but also to communicate with down-line

BIG question!

Id say its a case of 'Different Strokes for different folks!'

You HAVE to find out what motivates them and make sure they understand how they can tailor SFI to meet THEIR strengths.

You also have to accept that this wont be right for everybody. The person who wants to sit back and make a million for not doing much is NEVER going to be a good team-member. They have to be realistic.

The key is communication. You will be able to weed out who's

The most important task is to show them help and support. People want to feel they are a part of something bigger, something that makes sense and has opportunity.

Show them that you are not going to give up during the hard times and that you are relying on them to do the same.

Explain to them that persistence is the key and they will have your support every step of the way.

Be sincere, truthful and compassionate. The people you really want to spend time with well

The question actually is about two different actions. Quitting SFI and Giving up on SFI.
The one who has Quit can be deemed as opted out. So our time will be well spent and our efforts worthwhile if we concentrate on those who are Giving up on SFI
While we deal with the problem of affiliates giving up on SFI, we find that there are people who just signup but do not even confirm their email ID, which is mandatory for registration with SFI and those who do not do a single action since signup.

Hi Zina!

In regards to "How you can keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI? I truly believe that "quitting" isn't something we have control over. All we can do is provide them dedicated assistance, support, advise and our time. It's up to your PSA's and CSA's to realize the HUGE opportunity that SFI has provided them.

I've had many on my downline become inactive, however it's not a burden I will let rest on my shoulders. Nor should you. As longs

The best way you can keep your downline from quitting or giving up on SFI is frequent communication. Through this medium, you will discover if he/she is going through challenges. Also, you can send gifts as encouragements, for example, you can transfer tcredits or gift certificates and state how he/she can use them and be successful. Also, you can guide them on how they can obtain tcurrency by directing them to ECAs in their locality. And as a leader, you should endeavour to lead by example.

Well, This is a Million dollar question and core of SFI income.

First once you have been informed about a new PSAs or CSAs you could send them a welcome letter and ask them to just log in daily and do To DO list and you could refer your movers column and send them a message asking if they need any assistance and tell them you are there to help them.

You will see soon how serious they are and for them you could send some gift certificate if they are is some sort of difficulties.
