1. Be a model.
Most of the serious affiliates look up for true leaders that will show them the way or give them inspiration on how to successfully do this business. That means you should show it to them through your actions which is clearly manifested by your badges.

2. Help them.
You must always be willing to help your downline who ask for help. When they need information or guidance you must always be there to help them. The faster you answer them the more credible you

This month, one of my CSA gave me a rating of 4 stars. He wrote in a comment: "You should keep up the good work but also try to motivate people like me. This is what I need most. Thank you."

I think the motivation is very important for all members of our team. This is something that every leader needs to do, to praise good work, congratulations, and to reward, but each of us needs to learn to keep herself/himself the highly motivated.

Being motivated means to light

There are a few strategies which you can employ to keep your downline from quitting or giving up on SFI. Sometimes these strategies work and sometimes they do not, but in
the end if our downline quits then we should not be at fault.

The first thing we can do is to ensure that once we are assigned new downline that we welcome them. We should ensure that we do a personal welcome to each affiliate especially when we are assigned a small number of affiliates. Introduce yourself and

Work with the Workers! Some people will think SFI requires they spend money, however, that is not true. Even an affiliate can earn income by putting up some items on TripleClicks for sale and earn extra dollars! Make sure your downline knows this. Although duplication is drilled into our heads from the start, don't forget you earn on sales from your TConnect page and also from sales made through your gateways. So, pick some products and advertise them on the web, social media etc.

Motivation and knowing how SFI works are big factors in keeping your downlines from quitting. In regards to communicating with them: The more you learn about other people- their ideas, interests, viewpoints-the better job you can do in serving them. Attitudes do make the difference. When our attitude is right, our abilities reach a maximum of effectiveness and good results inevitably follow.

What is it for them that, they have to stick with SFI. What’s the point of being consistent,

Generally, it has been seen that, the new affilates are stands for the first month and from the second month lots of affilates start for quitting and rare affilates survive to go ahead. They start quitting because of lack of will power and insufficient of knowledge about SFI.

My best advice to maintain communication.

Listen to your affiliates and answer their questions, respond to their comments and try to anticipate problems. Continue to guide them.
Remind them of all the ways to earn in SFI and how building VP earns income.

I am sure it has been stated before, there is not much you can do to stop someone from quitting.
If you have maintained active communication, additional incentive programs, been proactive in helping them, there is

I think its all about the person's previous expierence of online work from home businesses. If they experience some set backs already they will see and realise this business is genuine.
And I think its also about how easily the person can figure out how the program works, his/her burning desire to succeed. Their motivation behind the reason for working from home.

Of course its also about the communication between you and your PSA/CSA. If you know you did your part then tap yourself

In all honestly there isn't a way to keep your down line affiliates from quitting. You have to find the affiliates that see the value of this awesome opportunity.

However, even the best affiliates can get discouraged if they are not seeing any profit.

What you need to do is encourage and guide them in finding ways to keep their business growing.

Tell them what you are doing to grow your business and hope they follow your lead. You HAVE to be a leader for you affiliates
