Generally, it has been seen that, the new affilates are stands for the first month and from the second month lots of affilates start for quitting and rare affilates survive to go ahead. They start quitting because of lack of will power and insufficient of knowledge about SFI.
To keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI, the following Inspirational steps may be taken –
1 – Always encourage them by examples through PSA mailer, CSA mailer and Generalogy group mailer.
2 – Teaching about “Rule of success” of SFI.
3 – Teaching about the benefit chart of SFI
4 – Distributing them gift cards.
5 – Referring them for Winning of Free Tcredits from T-Time contest.
6 – Free Tcredits and MRP from W3 reward bonus.
7 – unlimited VP can be earned by sponsoring affilates and ECA referrals.
8 – E365 daily grand drawing.
9 – Inspiring to take part in PTP contest for getting Tcredits and same can be used for taking part in Pricebenders auction.
After knowing these interesting things in details, he/she may change his/her mind from quitting and giving up on SFI.

Duplication in SFI is the most effective tool for getting quick and best way to get success in SFI. You and all your PSA & CSAs need to focus on Duplication, and get the big benefits of Executive pool. Your scoreboard is broken down for you to use and see your progress weekly. Make sure you write down your Compensation. Check and see what you need to work on and set your goals to succeed in that area.
To build a successful business you need to Duplicate if you do not Duplicate you are doing exactly the opposite of what you should be doing to build a successful business.
You must keep a keen eye on your Down-line and Guide them. Teach them what you know and help them to duplicate. Check on them see if there is something that needs to be done for extra points or to gain more Versa Points. I have written to many of my down line PSA's and CSA showing them what they need to be completed to make EA2. This method of teaching is called Duplication.
Duplication is probably the most powerful tool available to each and every Sfi member, Regardless of Status they have (affiliate or a platinum team leader), All can benefit from Duplicating their Down line affiliates.

So remember that,
Your Down lines (PSA / CSA) success in Sfi means your success and you need them to Duplicate their team then by time you and your Down-line will have a successful business team in SFI.
Remember the Power of success on SFI is Duplication I do not know to stress this.. Think Positive and positive things will happen. If you do not want to advertise then buy S-builder or pro-profit co-op that will bring in a down line.

The VP are the points awarded for doing the actions listed on your SFI To-Do List (at SFI homepage).
Doing these actions, It will show you how SFI works and helps you to get trained, as the points you earn for doing these actions are accumulated to increase your income and Your Power Ranking is also based on the VersaPoints you accumulate.
Income can be earned from accumulating VP, but the primary role of VP is to determine your rank. As SFI BASICS explains, the way you create large incomes in SFI through sales, sponsoring, and duplication.

You can earn UNLIMITED points by doing the actions on your SFI Home page. Without purchase anything.

1. You can earn unlimited points selling any of the over 89,000 products and services at TripleClicks.

2. As a Team Leader, you can earn 100 to 300 points (monthly) for each personally sponsored EA2

3. Earn 100 points for each approved/activated ECA your refer to TripleClicks .

4. Earn 500 points for earning a Payoneer MasterCard Debit Card.

5. Earn 5 points for each reassignment of PSA.

6. Earn 11 points daily for reviewing the tabs on your home page and for reviewing the latest TripleClicks products.
