Once you join SFI which is free and as a newbie you will have to follow the guidelines placed by highly experienced team. It is self training program where you will have to get acquainted.
At the Home section once you perform To-Do list you will be awarded with Versa Points which will increase your commission, perks and your power rank.

I would share with them that Versa Points are awarded and used to determine where you stand or rank in your SFI pursuit be it class wise or company wise and that each Versa Points will have a value attached to it and will be remunerated based on total number of points accumalted each month

Versapoint is the point which is earned by versatile works / actions which are mentioned in VP Ledger which is found at the extreme bottom of the drop down menu in Hot Spot Tab.
Position in SFI as well as earning, both increases as the versapoint increases. So versapoint should be the ladder for going upward in SFI.
VP is a kind of reward for activity in SFI.

I would say that your total cumulative VersaPoints total is how your power rank for your class, country and overall is determined. And then I should tell them NOT to put up a "standing order" i the middle of the month If they want to earn their VP for become a executive affiliate (EA) early in the next month (because the month-earned VP is deleted in the end of the month). Just put up your standing order the very first day in the month and cancel the rest.
