For me what i can tell them is;
-Versa points are the points which determined your paycheck the more you earn VP the more your paycheck is big
-Versa points determined where you are ranked in your country,world and class.
-Versa points are the actions you have to do daily
-Your power ranking is determined with versa points that you have accumulated in the period of that month

When it comes to the VersaPoints, I have simply explained to each of my affiliates that the VP's are similar to getting a "promotion" in a traditional job. Just as a promotion puts you into a higher "paygrade," so does the VP in this business. It doesn't mean that you WILL earn more, but it does put you into a better position to be a higher earner.

This is the most vital points to remember to success in SFI.
First of all,I tell them that VPs are like a coins collected which had been scattered in different places.
I explain to them that more VPs means more coins in your pocket which by somehow soon become a dollars and cash.
I also told them that,Versus Points are all that require to maintain your rank and your earnings..which are again converted in the form of executive pools which ofcourse is cash atlast.

Versa points are like Fuel of automobiles without which vehicle will not move an inch and likewise without which affiliate will not move to their destination(next rank like EA, EA2, BTL, STL, GTL & PTL). I think this will be the accurate example of importance of VersaPoints to newly recruited affiliates and this will help them to understand it better. So earn VPs daily, weekly and monthly and complete To Do list without fail.
To me..I think versa points means a lot in SFI. Versa points determine your commission for the month,it determine your rank as a sponsor,it determine your position in E365 competition,and above all it boost your ego in this business.

Because these points after losing 180 days, constantly keeping level, do not relax. My ratings for this otherwise is the need that new entrants are not placed at a disadvantage due, but catch up, or even may also be to the forefront.
