It's much better in that case to take your time and do just one launch pad lesson and do your todo list every day and try to learn slowly so your mind will retain it. Some tasks will earn you one Versa Point, and some will earn you a lot more Versa Points.
The fastest way to make EA and keep yourself there is to set up a Standing Order of a product or products that give you 1500 Versa Points. Then you can focus your time on making sales, getting acquainted with new friends and advertising your business.

Don’t forget Versa Point is your pillar of success in SFI. There are two types of Versa Points or VP. One Sales VP and other action VP. Become a Team Leader you have to earn min. 1500 and max. 2000 sales VP and 1000 action VP per month. You will get sales VP from your purchase/sales from Tripleclicks and 1000 action VP from your daily homework. Daily homework means to log into your SFI homepage daily and take action. To earn sales VP you have to gather as much as people to Tripleclicks. They will purchase and you will get sales VP even 45% commission life time. So start from today to earn VP. Well, first of all, you tell them they are one of the most important things in SFI business. Explain the part where 1500 VP brings them EA status each month which makes them qualified for real earnings, and then continue with benefits of getting more and more VPs. Mention that they have to get 1500 VP every month to keep their EA status, that will probably make them realise how important this is. With more VPs, they can become BTL, GTL etc, which brings a lot of new possibilities and benefits plus it gets easier to increase their income.

When someone works under a reputable organisation, he/she will be firstly ranked and get paid according to his qualification.
As time goes on, they will continue to increase his rank and earnings according to his competence, hard work and contribution. It is possible to get to the managing role in short period if one put his all to the job he does.
So also the versa point. It is the one that sfi use to make proper documentation of one progress and contribution to the business. This is the tool sfi use at the end of every month to examine every affiliate if he has realy worked so hard to obtain a reward (i.e commission) and also to determine how big the reward is.
Let your affiliates know that success on sfi is based the versa point you gathered.

Each day check your Home Page & work your To Do List. Each tab "click" will clock up your personal Versa Points & you will receive more VP for more difficult achievements. This is the SFI learning curve & encouragement teaching that work = the way forward and achievements. Work is the key to success. There is a minimum of 1500 Versa Points that is expected to be earned each month. If you wish you may move much faster & achieve many more Versa Points, therefore growing your business at your own pace.
I then explain SFI is the same as any business, Versa Points is the value of your aquisitions & actions & where your rewards come from. Increasing the number of team members give( duplication VP rewards) increasing your customers & increasing stock on your T Connect Page (rewards on the value of Item VP sold )

The main aim of all the SFI affiliates is to have a proper second income ( for few it may be the primary). To earn more commission you have to earn as many as versapoints as possible . For each vp you generated you will have a share in the triple click executive pool. Also tell them about the importance of vp to earn status like executive affiliate , bronze,silver,gold,platinum team leader and what all the benefits they been enjoying like receiving csa,t-credits , matching vp and so on . please direct them to visit https://www.sfimg.com/Leaders/VersaPoints. I let them know that VPs are vital in gaining your ranks here at SFI. To earn commissions you must be at EA rank of higher. I also do VP breakdowns for my team and show them what they can do to earn their next rank. If they are new it is a good idea to let them know they can save some tasks for the following month so they can earn EA 2 months in a row. It's all about duplication. You do what you want them to do and they will get the idea soon enough. Also if you show them you are willing to take the time to break it down they are more likely to do what you advise. Good luck
