First of all you will need patience; as building a good team will take time & determination.
Building your team will come from sending out your invitation through every avenue you know of - that is Facebook, Blog, Twitter, Web page, Google, AND asking your contacts to share your advert with their contacts. You may enjoy holding presentations for people to attend & of course you will have to know everything about SFI by then in order to be positive enough about the business to draw others to join you. Feel confident to talk about SFI wherever you go.
Plenty of effort should be put into daily reading & trying out the different tools offered such as Pricebenders auctions, Wave3, S Builder & others, always learning how to run your business to pass on as you build the type of team you desire.
The true team spirit will materialize after a few months just through logging in daily, you get to know the members in your team as each day there will be streams and tips & you will be doing the same. Besides your team you will branch out to further affiliates through the forum & receive more advice to pass on to your prospective team.
Always be positive & ready to advise at all times, be honest & share everything you know to build their trust in you & their new SFI business. Keep communicating.

How do you respond when someone asks you about SFI?

When I'm asked about SFI, I light up and tell the person I have a job now and how fulfilling it is for me. I can work from home, so I have set up my office!
Then I go on to tell the person how I joined and that they can join too if they like.
I explain the tools we are given to learn and our own log in page to work from with our own ID!
I go on to tell them the more time and effort I put in I know from the start I will succeed. I tell them the business has a store called Tripleclicks with many products and that a standing order helps provide points each month to maintain my status.
I also tell them I joined a Co-Op to receive a downline of Affiliates & I keep in touch with them to encourage them to duplicate what I do as much success comes from this.
Lastly I tell them about the fun side, being Pricebenders & just say if they join me then I will be leading them all the way to success with me!

I explain Versa Points to my new affiliates who have just joined as follows:-
Each day check your Home Page & work your To Do List. Each tab "click" will clock up your personal Versa Points & you will receive more VP for more difficult achievements. This is the SFI learning curve & encouragement teaching that work = the way forward and achievements. Work is the key to success. There is a minimum of 1500 Versa Points that is expected to be earned each month. If you wish you may move much faster & achieve many more Versa Points, therefore growing your business at your own pace.
I then explain SFI is the same as any business, Versa Points is the value of your aquisitions & actions & where your rewards come from. Increasing the number of team members give( duplication VP rewards) increasing your customers & increasing stock on your T Connect Page (rewards on the value of Item VP sold )
Versa Points are the value of each & every action you make in your business.

What kinds of investments should a new affiliate plan on making to succeed in SFI?

A new Affiliate should immediately plan to stay above the green line and achieve the first ranking. This gives a sense of achievement and excitement, like, wow I actually managed to do that, now I can reach the next goal!
Taking one step at a time, following the easy to follow guidelines, ignoring anything that seems too difficult is the key.
As you progress you will understand what you thought was so difficult! Each step or goal is designed perfectly, and you will be ready for it when you reach it.
Give time to do just what is asked of you at the level you are on; and enjoy the learning curve. Appreciate your up line, thank them for helping you and tell them how interested you are to work as a team, be honest with them as you will hope for the same from the down line you will begin to build for yourself.

A successful Leader in SFI should be confident in his/her business team leader ability.
He/She will continually seek for ways and means & answers by communicating, reading learning & actioning each working day.
His/her adventurous spirit will push him/her on to greater heights, always seeking new avenues to build and succeed and share knowledge with his team. His/her positive attitude will get him/her through whatever trials and errors he/she faces at times.

What are the signs that a new affiliate is going to be a good one?

I look at myself as a new affiliate to SFI. I was working at a full time job when I joined, it was purely for my brother's sake as he had asked me to join. I took a look at it and liked what I saw,registered, posted my picture, started gaining some VP; then I got busier with my full time job and stopped logging in for a while. My brother thought I would be a good affiliate as I started out well.
After some more nudges, I eventually got back & found I had lost out on the fast track and Challenge in the first month and missed out on monthly prizes. I was sorry that I stopped giving time to SFI. Now I try to log in each day as I can really see the benefits. I think this may be common signs a new affiliate gives out and one can never be sure whether they will be good or not. As a Sponsor we must fight till the end to keep our PSA's and CSA's.

The best TripleClicks product for a Standing Order for a financially challenged affiliate in my mind is to purchase TripleClicks T Credits (cash) where they are kept in your SFI Account. Displayed at the top of you Home page are the number of T Credits you own.
Money makes money, so with the money you have in your account you can choose any of the many products in the Tripleclicks to buy and sell again to your family or friends, which will also advertise your store and then you can begin to take in orders! Growing your business slowly but surely.
If you are good at bidding, use your T Credits for excellent products on the auctions for bargain prices & again you may re sell and buy more T Credits.
Remember many great business men/women started with very little and ended up millionaires, SFI gives us all a chance, in many ways, to get there too!

Approach friends and family only when you understand the SFI program clearly & are in the position to reply to any questions confidently. Your attitude will say it all and will be sure to spark interest. Follow up with your Invitation Gateway link & perhaps and ECA link if any members have a small business and would like to list it.
Follow up each week, update your family and friends of how your business is going for you, what rank you have reached and how many new recruits you have. Tell them it is all about duplication, therefore it is just like working as a team in any office, except you can be in the comfort of your own home, whilst having work collegues!
