First you need to find an exclusive location where you can think properly. Preferably at home and ensure that you are not disturbed for the next 45 minutes at least. Determine what you want to do, achieve, have, reach and give yourself a time period. Determine the resources that you require to ensure that your goals or desires are manifested forthwith. Write these goals down on paper, review, confirm and start working towards their manifestation.

Please ensure that your goals are SMART:

Excellent question.

The first step is to self-reflect what is important to you. Once you have identified what is important to you share it with someone else (eg;team member, family member) to make this a REAL condition that you want to attain. You may reframe this by asking yourself what do you really value - what is valuable to you, what do you desire and then list no more than 5 items.

Take these 5 items and narrow down to your top 2 or 3 values and write them down to ensure

I am assuming you are talking about the monthly goals tab that we fill out for our 5 VP each month. My answer is based on that screen.

The goals you set are your own. These goals help you to focus on what you want to attain with your business. Myself, I am choosing goals that I believe I can reach because it is very discouraging to have unreachable goals. It is very exciting to reach your goals and I love seeing it say "Congrats! You Did It!".

Myself, I usually

One of the best feature in SFI is the goal setting, which is an important tool to measure our progress and achievement on daily basis. Personally for me,whenever I log in to SFI homepage, I'll alwiz check my goal status, and feel more motivated to work harder or shall I say "surf smartly"?

Before setting a goal, we should alwiz ask ourself what is our aim and the goal should be defined with 5 key points -S.M.A.R.T
S.M.A.R.T stands for:
Specific
Measurable
Action-Oriented

Be SMART
SFI provides you all the opportunities on how to attain you goals in doing your business.

Specific
SFI always gives us specific goals, for example the number of PSA you can have for one month.
It also guides us how to attain it.
A specific goal should clearly state what you want to accomplish, why it is an important goal, and how you intend to accomplish the goal.

Measurable
You need to be able to determine, without question, whether

Just use common sense. Start small. Don't set unrealistic goals, but don't make them so small that there is no challenge. It's like exercise or learning to climb mountains.

You don't try to climb Mount Everest first. You learn the basics of mountain climbing. You learn how to use your hands and feet, what to wear, what kinds of harnesses and ropes you should have, how and what to eat and drink, exercise and practice on easier ranges, learn about rocks and climate conditions and

Very Simple.
I write a plan on my computer then I work from it daily, so I do not miss any valuable points.
When reading the Ask SC I also copy and paste to this page any new information I feel I would like to refer back to.
This way I have it all organized and on hand to answer any of my down line's questions quickly.

I have set up a SFI Dollar wise Network site. This is where I record step by step guides for all my new down line to follow. I also update this website

Firstly, you as an individual know well your strengths and weaknesses so maintain your areas of strength and work to improve your weaknesses.
To start with setting goals, one must start with the END in mind. What do I want to achieve in 10 years time? 5 years time? Then you break it down to yearly goals, monthly goals, weekly goals, daily goals and even hourly goals.
That is why SFI has provided a monthly goal and daily To-Do List.
So it really depends on where you want to be in the

The best thing to do, in my estimation, is start off by setting very realistic and achievable goals, based on your current situation. Example: if you are currently ranked 10,000 in VP for the month - it is ridiculous to set a goal for 100 this month; instead, what would be better is to set a goal of 9500 or 9000 - this way you are already close to achieving.

I believe that if you do this with many of your goals, you will get a chance, monthly, to see where you generally rank in different

I'll show you 10 steps to the goal. 1.DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT. Goal setting is the opposite of floating through life letting things happen to you. If you don't know what you want to achieve, be and succeed at in life, then you risk being open to doing whatever others suggest. Setting goals requires you to make a decision about what you actually want. Striving for those goals lets you achieve your known desires. And goal setting requires setting a
