PSA to Go and S-Builder are good in building a team. I think you should have them both. When you buy PSA to GO you are sure enough to have the exact number of sign-ups you want. While in 1 unit S-builder you can have 5 or more sign-ups. Whether you will use S-builder or PSA to Go, the success of building a team always depends on how you get those new sign-ups involve in the business and how would you help them to become like you.

The best is that you will do both. If you will focus on sponsoring you will surely have a great team and have reward for vp matching and direct commission from your PSAs. When you have more team you can create a coop to generate more PRMs to be shared with all active PSAs. The more PRMS you have the more also your direct commission and also have a chance to have ECA referral.

Your downline don’t need your encouragement in order for them to buy in tripleclicks, they need your experience how awesome the products in tripleclicks and how it help you build the business. When you give your good experience to them the bigger the chance you can let them buy. Don’t let them think that you are just after to the commission generated when they buy.

First you need to know your target market, know their passion their likes and what game catches their attention. For example, if one of your target market is fun of mind games and trivia then you can have a bigger chance to let them in. Show them how awesome the games are or better show them how you have played it.

I have used some of my answers here in other question about autoresponder mail, but I think and hope that this will help you a little. Of course in writing a letter you must not forget to introduce yourself, who you are and what is your position. Here are the tips:

• Welcome them to SFI.

• Give brief insights and company background for them.

• Provide your contact information so that they can contact you if they have clarifications and questions. And don’t forget to provide the time that you are available to talk to them.

• Provide links to SFI, it is good to use your SFI gateways.

• Don’t forget to be very brief in your message so that readers will not be tired reading it and so that they will not skip important details of you letter.

• Don’t give them assurance that they can have big money immediately, remember SFI is a business an all business needs investment, and the more investment surely the more income you receive. I am not talking about money itself, Time and Effort is needed here.

• Lastly arrange the message thoroughly so that the readers will not be confused.

And remember to monitor your email so that you can answer them on time. Don’t let them be bored waiting for your reply. And don’t forget to guide them when they are in getting started. The best thing is to be there always when they need you.

Well advertisement targeting is pointing or getting your ads into right person. The first thing to do is to choose the right tools to be used for your ads. You may use online advertising, which include blogging, online classified ads and website banners or you may chose to advertise through brochures, post cards, business cards, coupons and etc. just be sure to include or attach your gateways . It is either paid or free advertising it depends upon your choice and how large your target market is.
After you have selected the tools, you then select the ways to target your ads, there are many ways to target your ads and some of these are locations, day of the week or time of the day that you publish the ads and age and gender of your target markets. You may use it individually or in combinations.

The GOOD NEWS is that in SFI you can use all of those different ways to target your ads. Because SFI is worldwide so you have no problem about the location, you may advertise in your town or in your country using brochures, post cards, coupons and etc. or use online advertising to advertise it globally. According to “A Small Guide To Free Advertising” the best time to post your ads is Tuesday 12 CST. Next is the gender and age, SFI is applicable to almost all as long as that individual has the desire to build successful business or have fan in buying discounted products and has a goal to earn extra income or even main source of income.

Finally, in choosing your target market you must not forget to consider the interest of certain groups of individual. There are people who are not fan of reading magazines or brochures so it is advisable to just give them post cards. And if you think that some of them are not fan of building business by sponsoring but has habit to buy products in discounted amount you may advertise to them about TripleClicks where in they can join the auctions, still they can help you to be successful SFI business. Again consider the interest of your target markets in order to have good and effective result in your advertising.

Remember in advertising quantity may help but quality is the best. It is not about quantity of the sign-ups it’s about the quality of those individuals who sign up. I am sure you know what I mean.

This is a very good question because most of us or maybe all of us have experienced this problem. Well the very thing to do is to communicate with them as early as you can once you received them as sign-up. Communicate with them early, welcome them and let them know about what the SFI can do for them and you can help them as their sponsor. Don’t mention about becoming EA first or maintaining 1,500 VPs. What you will do is to guide them to get started, let them watch the video guide. Tell them how to earn VP’s explain to them is VP all about.

Then monitor their VPs and to-do list, if you noticed that they aren’t able to earn VP in a day offer them a help and guide them how to do it. Communicate with them at least three times a week. Encourage and remind them to read forum posts, ASK SC questions and news these are very important because lots of ideas there that will surely boost their eagerness to continue to learn about SFI.
Encourage them also to visit the Rank Page and let them add some of Team Leaders to become their A2A friends. If you have A2A friend that is in a higher rank let your affiliates add them, this will help them know that they are real and so are you.
Be careful mentioning about becoming an EA through standing order if you fail to tell them the benefits of VP’s. If they qualified as EA for the first month and then EA2, don’t tell them that they must have standing order to maintain their rank, instead encourage them to make sales. And let them know and see the benefits of becoming EA every month. But even though they can’t qualify as EA for the third month cheer them up, tell them its okay we will just focus first in learning by continuing to read ASK SC, Forum Posts and news.

Finally, if they are eager to earn VP’s by doing their to-do list every day reward them for doing so. And surely they will contact you always.

This is a very good question, in fact this is one the many reasons why I continue to learn SFI. After I sign-up I added those SFI members who were here many years ago. Luckily my request to them were accepted, many of them joined SFI 1 year ago, 2 years ago of even joined SFI since 2000. The next thing I did is to contact them, ask them how they were doing with SFI many years ago and luckily all of them answer my questions. They give me ideas how to get started and guides me how to be successful in SFI.

If you have a2a friend in SFI that you think can help you, don’t hesitate to contact them. And surely they will help you answer your questions. Me too I have a2a friends who needs my advice, I give them also what I have learned and I can’t answer their questions I encourage them to post it to forum or else contact support team.

The following may help you to become a successful Team Leader:

Act-
Which means you must act as a Team Leader don’t think of yourself, think about the success of the whole team. You’ll need knowledge to answer questions from the members of your team. If you are new and you feel you don’t have enough knowledge to answer their questions then acts as a bridge to the unpline team leaders between your team. They will surely help you. Or you may also direct them to the support, ASK SC, and Forum, but remember you must have at least 100 forum badge.

Lead-
You must lead; do what you are supposed to do as leader. Don’t just tell them what they must do when in yourself you have hard time to do it what you want them to do. When it comes to badges be an example to them. Give them chance to contact you and share to you what their thoughts so that your team can create great strategy to succeed.

Motivate-
Motivate them always. You may set a contest for your team or a different motivation idea depending on what you have. You know what I mean…


Achieve-
When you set goals for the team, let all the members be a partner and achieve it with their help.


Reward-
Always remember that you are a leader, although you have your own personal goals in your business. But you have a team to lead, and remember that you can’t achieve those goals without them. So let all the members have the merits, reward them equally.

Duplication-
