How do I get my downline to focus on duplication:

All the SFI affiliates can earn more income by Duplication process only. Duplication is a process of growing your Down line network.

You can earn 45% CV through your PSA(ie Duplicate) purchase.By growing your down line strong you will succeed in few months due to duplication.

Explain your PSA and CSA about
1. Compensation Plan.
2. Benefit plans and chart.
3. Build a SHow-Builder Co-op with your downline

The first step to getting duplication in network marketing is actually being duplicable. We should never ask or expect someone to do something we have not done ourselves. Don't encourage someone to get a 1500 VP Standing order if you yourself don't have one. Don't encourage someone to complete their daily, weekly and monthly "To Do" tasks if you don't. Setting the right example is the best way to teach the importance of duplication to your downline.

Duplication is the core, the essence of our work, it would be called "networkmarketing" if there were no duplication!
How to convey this concept? With the example above all, thou hast duplicated?? Then teach your downline to do the same thing, why duplicate? Because in the end we are independent distributors, who by word of mouth, we make consumption and distribute products and services, and to spread the word is the same as duplication!

To get your downline to focus on duplication, you have to practice duplication yourself. Lead your downline by example. Whatever you want them to do, make sure you first of all do it.
If you don't duplicate, you may not know the importance of it and will not know how to explain it to your downline. So first of all practice duplication and then you can teach your downline to do same. You will only be able to explain to them the importance of duplication when you have done it.

Hello Shobha,

Duplication in SFI refers to the affiliates in your downline
copying or duplicating your actions. If you want your affiliates
to sponsor new affiliates, make sales, and mentor new leaders
you need to be doing these things yourself. Whatever you want them to
do, you do, because they are following you. Lead by example.

I think mostly it is just by leading by example. As they instruct us to do. Do everything that you want your affiliates to do. Then make sure you tell your downline what you have done to be successful in your business. Let them know how well it is working for you so they will be more likely to follow what you are doing. I think that is how you get them to duplicate or follow your lead.

This is a Hard question, and there are many answers that I could give, so to keep it simple and to the point, maybe explain the old Chinese whispers or is it called monkey whispers. Write down on a pice of paper five things about a jacket and then whisper to the first one and get them to whisper it to the next person and do this over 20 or 25 people. You don't need to explain, your style of doing the business will say it all. The only way to make your down lines focus on DUPLICATION is to Walk The Talk" and while doing this always remember, that this is a number game. The more people you get into the business, the better your motivation levels will be and you will stay put for long. Not all will be motivated to continue doing the business, "Some Will, Some Won't, So What, Say NEXT".

First of all ,to focus your downline or PSa on duplication you must tell them-
keep your status to EA two and more months,find 5 people and teach them to do the same thing as you!
Teach this five people to become EA and hold that at list two months.
If they do same as you,this is duplication.After that 5 people ,every PSA find again 5 people.5x5 is 25....this is main job,this is mail story...this is duplication and at the end ,this is glory!!!
