Very often people get into our type of business because we ask them to.These are usually friends and families.Keep in mind that you should not pre-judge anyone for the simple fact that some will and some wont. But the truth is they never wanted to do it, they don't see it, and it's considered a stepping down in their world. In their minds it's not a real job. They would prefer to work on some where a pay check is a surety as oppose to being their own boss.YOU NEVER WASTE TIME WITH SUCH PEOPLE.

well most people don't make money there first month unless they start promoting prducts or getting people into SFI that buy something, your best bet is to give them people for upgrading to EA2 if you can.

The best way to keep your affiliates motivated is to reward them for their accomplishments no matter how big or small. You are the sponsor - the leader of the pack. So set the stage for success in the beginning by encouraging them to take the actions that will lead to better income and give back a little with gift certificates. Finally, use your power tools to reward the workers in your network. If they make EA assign a few PSAs to them who are active themselves. Then when they earn BTL the

The first few months in SFI can be like the first months in most businesses. It can take a little time to get things set up and running smoothly. So I help my affiliates to look at the first couple of months as the set up or building stage. The payout may seem small but as your business grows so will the income. But to offer them help to get started and keep interested I like to help with the first round of advertising, sometimes even give them the taste of getting new affiliates by paying for their

I would provide words of encouragement to the new Affiliate that this SFI Affiliate online business is a long-term investment of his/her time to achieve success. It is a marathon race and not a sprint. There is no such thing as an overnight or immediate success in any kind of legitimate business:) If he/she is mature enough he/she will understand and stay on to make it a success which will eventually become a reality in due time. By constant sponsoring and duplication, he/she will get there sooner

Making money in SFI requires Time , Effort and a reasonable investment ( To suit your budget).
This being said we have to understand Compensation Plan and Benefits chart. When we do the
Launch Pad lessons we would have covered all these, yet going through again at the beginning of the
Month will open your eyes. You will know exactly your current status and how to proceed to the next step. SFI is working monthly basis ( 1st to 31st ) and commissions are paid on

I explain to them that this is a business. As with any business, it takes time and dedication. Also, they receive a nice email from SFI right as this event takes place which covers this topic and gives them excellent tips for the following months. It is really up to them and it is a wonderful turning point for me as their upline sponsor. Why? Because it shows me immediately who is serious about the business and who weeds themselves out on their own.
