What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

If your downline members continue to remain EAs then obviously they have valid reason for doing so. The fact that they become EA shows clearly that they have understood SFI and the system very well. Mostly they miss out becoming BTL due to shortage of action points which should be a minimum of 1000. So by teaching them to get maximum action points you can motivate them to become BTL.
The real income in SFI shows up only at BTL provided you have as many EA2s as possible under you. Therefore the idea of duplication is very vital. Having said that, once you becomne a Team leader your paramont duty here is to teach and motivate your downlines to do exactly what you did. There were experts, masters and seniors who have very clearly shown the path to success. SFI has its own "Awsome Sponsors" training and lessons which can be very useful in this context.
Please remember that to motivate others you have to be motivated always.

Prediction of the final price is indeed a guess work by any means. Any auction for that matter, in itself is a luck by chance for the winning bidder because it depends on so many factors. For example, each auction primarily depends on the number of competitors. Some auctions have closed even at 0.01 and many within 0.10. The number of competitors again depends on time,day etc., in different countries as SFI has affiliates worldwide.
Secondly the price factor, in all SFI auction ads for example it says the winner saved around 90%.
Thirdly the type of auction as there are different catagories of auction and there are
rules for participation for example Junior Auction, Big Dog Auction and so on.
Last but not least the real experience in bidding,winning and of course reviewing
the winners list for winning prices.

Acknowledging an affiliate who logs in after a long period of inactivity should be done promptly.There is no question about it because for whatever the reason that affiliate has taken the trouble to log in to have a look at SFI again. Get the maximum from that by sending greetings and welcome back notes.
Get an idea of the affiliate by a glance at the VP ledger to know what all actions that can be done and then list out all that was missed or lost by being inactive. Tell about the growth in general and your growth and the growth of your team in particular.
Make the affiliate aware of all the new things that SFI introduced since recently, highlighting the GAMES which has become very attractive these days.
Above all keep them motivated to log in everyday as much as possible.

A great question. In fact this is a numbers game and the analisys of no of countries,number of affiliates, number of active affiliates and the number of non-active affiliates will give good idea about the wordwide activities of SFI.
Specific answer to the quetion will be the number of active members in the respective countries will show the countries in that order. However it has to be determined whether
those countries will bring success to the advertiser.
Lets us see if we can do a study of the ranks countrywise, which will indicate the number of successfull affiliates in those countries.
The best list is definitely the one which gives the monthly income of affliates countrywise and those countries are the ones to be advertised at all times.

It must be understood at outset that SFI business is all about recruiting affiliates and the whole process is duplicated to have a successful career. Therefore, as sponsor it is the paramount duty to be always motivated in order to motivate the team.
Leading your team by example is the best way forward. Get back to your lessons,be an awesome sponsor.Have a thorough understanding of the Compensation plan, Basics and having 5 PSAs in order to a team leader earning big money.
The only alternative to this is to make them concentrate in TripleClicks, do direct sales, sell items and become an ECA. Whatever you do in SFI,all the benefits, if any ,are going to your sponsor and up lines.That being said the SFI compensation plan is worked out in such a way that as one climbs up the leadership rank the benefits are higher and higher.
It is not only getting a title BTL with a minimum of 1000 action vps and 2000 vps that one gets the shares from TripleClicks,a minimum of 3 PSAs who also have to qualify as EAs every month. For all the cash purchases made by PSAs the sponsor gets commission.It is a must that one has to maintain EA status through out in order to get the benefits in any particular month.
