Hello dear Festus,
Excellent Question.

Being in this business, you have to have some really deserving, and hard working affiliates in your downline, who are financially challenged and are unable to invest more.
Such cases normally occur in the early months of their joining in.
As their sponsors, its our ethical & moral responsibility to help them out in establishing and settling themselves down in SFI.
Its obvious that your success depends on theirs.

SFI provides us with the best ways to offer financial help to our affiliates. You can buy them a gift certificate or transfer to them some Tcredits using your genealogy interface.

However, the best way to support a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged is not just by giving them money.

The real need of many are:

1) more guidance to succeed rather than offer financial assistance. Money is not the most important think to succeed here. Though it is

To every new EA among my PSAs (and sometimes, among downline, if I see/know there is someone who needs it), I'm sending 5TCs and/or gift certificate with $2. I always send a message, that it is not much, but enough for Pick-The-Price and for W3 starter kit. Then I explain what are the benefits from both.

Further, if I see that they are persistent, working and reading daily and have interests in promotion, I do some reassignments (at least inactive members, so they can start figuring out

There are ways you can offer support to your down-line who are truly financially challenged. I will list below

* You can transfer TCredits using the Genealogy report
* You can send Gift Certificates
* You can also add them to your Coop for free..but you must also advise them that they should exhaust all free advertising methods to enroll PSA's and not just to depend on all free means.

With this method you are also growing your team and ensuring that they stay motivated

Great question. There is a real simple answer too.

First things first. We need to get some assumptions out of the way as the question does not clearly do that for us.

In answering this question:

***First I will assume that you are financially capable of providing this support.
***Second, the person whom is financially challenged but a hard working PSA/CSA that you so wish to support is working smart too and not just hard working.

The first assumption

I believe that before you can support your hard-working PSA/CSA affiliates, you
should make sure that you have your SF1 business in order first. That means that
in the beginning of the month, you should have your rank taken care of. You
should have your 1500vp, or 3000vp, etc in place first, with a SO or purchases
from your TC store. With your rank taken care, then you have the rest of
the month to decide what to give to your hard-working PSA/CSA.

This maybe in

You should not financially support your PSA / CSA ??directly, for this reason, that if they stop supporting them leave. The best PSA / CSA ??will be the person who will survive the crisis of the second month. The SFI important is perseverance and determination in pursuit of the goal. Therefore, a better solution than financial support, is learning and showing how did you get yourself to where you are.

There are ways to support the reward system:

1. For example, offer to each

Important point- Simple & Straight.

First you have to ensure that your money is useful and you are not just throwing it off to wrong person by identifying the Movers

1. They have taken enough time to read all the Launch pad, tutorials, internet lessons
2. They have the drive in SFI Business based on their interactions
3. They are active for more than 2 months - this shows their dedication and consistency
4. They do all to-do-activities everyday

It's a good idea, in this situation, to find out as much information as possible about the affiliate in question and what the needs really are.

If the person truly proves that he/she is a hard worker and really needs financial support to grow in this business, then give some TCredits or a gift certificate or some reassignments of affiliates (if you have enough EAs to do so) or give affiliates through one of your co-ops. As the affiliate grows stronger and is able to support himself/herself

Hello!
Your Question is somewhat tactical, but let me give a try.
I am a Executive Affiliate today but some few months ago I was consistently working very hard only getting 330 to 450 versa points which can’t qualify me to becoming an EA, not until my 4th month when I got a boost from my Co-Sponsor with a GC worth $2.00 followed by numerous TC. This very act by my Co-Sponsor rejuvenated me and gave the audacity to carried out a serious plan which make me to qualified for EA the
