I have to say i feel like someone who needs to be convinced more into taking SO. Most people probably don't have enough money to invest, or no money at all. I'm in that kind of situation. So it's not that i don't want to, i just simply can't, not yet. I have a feeling that a lot of people have the same "problem". So, from my perspective, you should explain to your downline all the benefits you get from a SO, give them advice on how to be more included in everything plus remind them on taking part in t-time, daily grand etc., but still present yourself as someone who understands them and their reasons of not taking SO. If there are people who are able to take SO but still haven't, it's probably because they are, in a way, suspicious about it. Just explain to them all about SO like you would like someone to explain it to you.
Don't forget to tell them you are available for any questions they have!

If you ask me to answer this question in one sentence, I would say, it is very easy to convince your downline about the benefits of placing a SO only and only when you have already placed a SO.
If they see your badge (1500vp SO) on your leadership page, they are almost convinced to place their SO. They can easily duplicate you without any second thought about it.
However, in case, if they are still not convinced, it means they really don't have enough money to place the order. In such circumstance, it is better not to convince and leave it up to them to decide. Today or tomorrow they will definitely decide about SO.

Convincing someone with money involvement is little bit harsh. In that way they will not feel comfortable. As they knew the important of SO but they are not ready yet to spend monthly for that SO. Why some do not set SO easily like that? Because they are not yet decided whether they will stay or they will stop. Infact SO is not free you need to pay monthly. I will tell you base on my techniques. I have 17 badges. Im in BTL but I dont have SO. Why? its not free. In my way now I order whenever I need. If i saw that I need little action points then I order 10 tc then I I used for bidding then if still not enough the MRP I order another TC thats all. You should have techniques not because you have SO you can grow high. SO it depends on them the way the like to build . Just advice them for not to quit, do duplication this i think is a must for their best income. and advertise on free site.

I don't think you should pressure your downline in placing a Standing Order. If you encourage them to go through the SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD they will learn (as we all did) the importance of placing a Standing Order. I know that I realized it after the first week within SFI -- but I was working SFI every day. I encourage all my PSA/CSAs to get their daily VPs and I think over time they will see the benefits of being EA2 or higher each month.

Every month we have to reach 1500 versa points SO will help them hassle free gaining versa points. It is not necessary for searching the items and looking at the versa points for buying the product and tallying the price. All these problems will solve by SO.
If you set up the SO towards tc credits you can use these tc credits for buying essential things and bidding the price also. So that you will get the same item in lesser price. Explain them benefits of SO and how it helps to maintain the position every month

Personally I would not tell my PSA's/CSA's to set p a standing order...as outline in the training that SFI provides.
SFI will do that part for you...during their 30 day training they will decide for themselves if the can afford a standing order or not..when you try to convince them to do so...you might be doing yourself more harm than good.
Just offer valuable information and support as much as possible and try to build a relationship instead of convincing them to spend.
