We can recruit our family members in SFI, but is very important to learn them to be INDEPENDENT. That doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t help them, but it mean that is good for them to READ, EXPLORE, PERCEIVE…
Also we should pay attention of the rules: There is only one member allowed per household/IP address. Of course there are exceptions.

I have not yet cooperate with family members, but they show interest. I talked to them about SFI and they think that it's a good opportunity,

It depends on your relationship with you family. Honestly, if they begin to see you have additional money each month and see you with the great things you are winning in the auctions...They will ask. Then you can simply let them know you have started your own online business with a company called SFI.

It is good idea since the family members have different ways of approaching SFI with their various ideas.

You could always interact and assist each other and if any one is leading others could follow his/her guidelines.

In case of promoting there are always much more promotion ways since it is a team compared to one person.

It is like family business and the most important aspect of it is duplication of their downliners

Hello, For me recruting a family member on SFI is the way
and a very good idea, Why? because you can teach them personally
and they will be your best movers, you can remind them everyday
to log in and to do their daily, weekly and monthly action. It's easy
to tell them what are they going to do coz you are all in one place.
Hope this help.

Recruiting family members could be a Good idea....

1.You are familiar with their weakness, strengths, and potential.
2.Relatives have a interest in seeing you and your business succed.
3.In times of need you can depend on family member to go the extra mile for
you.

Downside of employing FAMILY....

1.when hiring, your own relatives, you run the risk of causing resentment amongst
your other staff, or of giving the impression of FAVORITISM.
2.Sometimes

I don't see the point. At least not in the begining. If you speak about family members like uncles and cousins, maybe is ok. But if you speak of your own family members, this can be a problem...
Think about the money ... you will want to buy something for your account and something for your son account (or wife). If they are on their own (if you have separated incomes) then this might do. But if your family get's on with cumulated funds ... you will double your expenses.
I find it usefull

Hi everyone
Sfi never said that you cant recruit your family members or your cousins or your neighbours.Sfi is a open market where every one can participate without any restrictions.
But when it is a matter of recruiting family members, its little bit tough because its depends upon our family i.e. what kind of a family we are having,in this case there might be two,the one who will say no and other yes.But still if your family says no then you can convince them by showing your improvements

You can hire not only family members, but friends, acquaintances, coworkers, etc.. This can earn you a good number of members, if you have an extensive list of contacts also on social networking sites, but you keep looking on the internet, with business resources, and free and paid advertising, on the internet get a most friends and family members.

Hello,

Here, you confront us with a very dangerous question .

We like to warn you when you decide to follow the well meant

most presented answers, which give the advise "to recruit them most certainly".

Also take in consideration that our advise here below is also valid as far as it

concerns "your (best) friends".

So,we like to suggest you to proceed as follows and/or to advise your PSA's
in the same way.

oh my, recruit is such a strong word, isn't it? I suggest that you simply let them know what you are working at and move forward according to their interest/response. My experience with family hasn't gone so well. At first yes, but then like so many sign ups, they petered out. I don't bring up SFI now with them unless they ask first. Sometimes they do. One or two can't believe that I'm still at it...lol... But I see the "big picture". I know SFI is a workable business model. I know it is
