Hello, The best that you can do to your downline not give up is,
you have to encourage them to stay focus and not to giving up.
Send an emails and news letter every week,espicially if they
are new on this bussiness coz on their first month its easy to get
VP points, First they have to start on their basics and to answer
the lunch pad and get each question a 15 points, chat with them and
ask them if they need help. As a sponsor and co-sponsor we are the one
who will help them to succeed.

Should we recruit our family members into SFI? Good idea or not?

Hello, For me recruting a family member on SFI is the way
and a very good idea, Why? because you can teach them personally
and they will be your best movers, you can remind them everyday
to log in and to do their daily, weekly and monthly action. It's easy
to tell them what are they going to do coz you are all in one place.

Hi, I am also New in this bussiness, for me to develope the trust of
your affialtes is to motivate them to achieve thier goals, to make
them comfortable working with you, give them your 100% support and
send a News letter and encourage them to read and understand the lunch pad.
Don't make them feel that they are alone, as a sponsor and co-sponsor it's your
duty to help.

To be effective on your advertising, First Introduce yourself to them and try to send a postcard or flyers to a mailing list. Go to Google.com and you will find there a huge of many opportunity.Tell them what kind of business you have in a very simple way.
