In my own opinion the best way to build a TEAM is to first understand what SFI stands for and the benefit you can derive from it. Then start to teach others want you know and how you have been succeeding with SFI through this medium your team members will build confidence in you and start to share their mind with you.

In addition, you can splash your team members with gifts such as Tcredit etc. and finally be ready to answer their questions anytime with prompt reply.

Treat each member as an individual, each has their own needs, communicate as much as possible one on one, help each at their points of need and teach each at their speed of learning.

Many people try to treat their team as if they are all the same, this results in missing out the needs and the individuality of each member. As an example one team member might be very good at one on one recruiting while another is very good at internet marketing, if you adopt one team policy you might loose

Hello,

I have seen some great suggestions here already, what i haven't seen, maybe i missed it is this: Share!

Have you had a good experience with an advertising method;share it with your team so they can do the same.

Have you read something interresting ,share it!

A team works better when you work together and sharing is an important part of that
Share what works for you and what doesn't.

I believe sharing is an essential part of true team

Well not every affiliate who joins SFI will be active immediately, but still I send everyone on my team a support mail.

Some affiliates may be very active only in the beginning, then may suddenly disappear for no apparent reason.

Building a team means there's no "I" in the team. You all must work together for each others benefit.

This is a very good question.

I think that the answer to this is closely connected to you as a teamleader.

Suppor your team in any way possible - invest time and effort in explaining and educating your teammembers. Make sure they fully understand SFI and the great opportunity it is. Stay connected to your team and show interest in them as persons and not just a SFI members in your team. Share their dreams and share yours.

Very good question. In any business that involves more than one person, teamwork will be needed
to achieve a maximum growth and this growth is as a result of the team spirit.
From my own learning from sfi so far, high team spirit can be achieved, if the sponsor, co-sponsor are
in constant communication with their affiliates, solving there problems, and guiding them to the best
path to thread to achieve a common goal which is the growth of the team.

I am on my second month on SFI, and i have noticed when you trying to build a team that will acknowledge of your effort of contacting them when you notice there progress they mostly dont reply, but the only thing i noticed is when you send support message and they dont reply to your message they do what you have told them to do and that means, they appreciate the support. To build a team, you have to be supportive and determined to enjoy your supports are clear to them and easy to follow. You can

building a team with a full team spirit requires extra hard work from the team leader, the team leader should always try to be online and active, he should lead by example. what he wants his team to do, he must be the first to do it. he must regularly send out tean mails, creation of incentives or reward too can be helpful. it can motivate the affiliates. hope this was close to what you are asking.

To build a team with true team spirit in SFI, work on the following points
1. BE A TEAM BUILDER: Sponsor affiliates who are “hungry to make on-lines sure and legal money” not just anybody you see. Or you select “success –hungry” affiliates from the many that were called to build a team; limit it to between 5 to 10 affilates.
2. BE A GOOD TEAM LEADER: As good team leader you have good knowledge of SFI business, sincerely interested in the progress of the teammates and available

The most important thing in a team is the team leader. The leader must be confident, informed, available, understanding, and able to teach his/her followers at there level. Second the team members must be willing to learn and help each other. Just like in team sports you have to be able to work together or you will not succeed. Lastly you have to be happy with what you are working at and SFI is a great program! Put all these things together and you will have a winning SFI team. :)
