What is the best way to build a TEAM--with true team spirit--in SFI?

Well not every affiliate who joins SFI will be active immediately, but still I send everyone on my team a support mail.
Some affiliates may be very active only in the beginning, then may suddenly disappear for no apparent reason.
Building a team means there's no "I" in the team. You all must work together for each others benefit.
"Finding a solution as a group can work when you're all concetrating on what's best for everyone."
I live in Africa. How can I become successful in SFI?

I don't think it matters where you live. You only need a will to succeed.
There are a lot of power tools available and you'll earn points while you learn.
It depends how much you're willing to invest long-term because I don't think you'll see anyone getting rich overnight.
I think the key is being active on and off a site. Support SFI and it will support you. You can't expect your downline take your advice if you aren't an example to them.
Learn while you grow is all I can say.

What are some ways to make my advertising more effective?

Setting up a blog is a good way to advertise and it's free.
You can write about anything you want and put banners or text addds.
You could use an advertising agency for more targeted advertising or PTC sites.
It depends which services and products you're selling though. Whichever it is, building trust is important so make sure you provide good value for price and good customer support.

I'd advise them to log in everyday and complete their daily to-do list. They can also gain free points for completing their weekly and monthly actions.
If they can stay above green line that would be great because entering into E365 finals will earn them additional 600 points from the contest and MRP's they can use on tripleclicks to buy TC Direct products which will also get them additional VPs.
If they are passionate or have certain knowledge about something they can write a blog and put banners on it. Visitors might click and join SFI and Tripleclicks. Blog is free and they can advertise while writing about something they love.

What's the best TripleClicks product to have for a Standing Order for a financially challenged affiliate?

For a financially challenged affiliate it's best to try to earn as much free VPs as possible.
That means daily log in and going through to-do list. Sending support messages to a team, setting up a blog and putting tipleclicks banner on it, participating in E365 contest, rating Sponsor etc.
If unsure, an affiliate can check VP ledger to see if there're any tasks that were missed that could earn him / her valuable VPs.
This way an affiliate will ensure that a minimum standing order is required, if any. Cheapest and best would be then to purchase T-credits and get additional VPs.
