Why is it so good?
1. you can put anyone in your downline into your own co-op.
2. you can see your tree grow daily from every angle.
3. you can help people in your own downline to grow those that are trying their best.
4. you can control how many they get and almost when they get it.
5. you spread your success with others.

Each member of SFI has a certain priority. Just like me, I have my own priority. At this moment I am focusing on the traffic to my SFI gateways. Therefore, Hit Tracking and Key Codes really help. This is the tool that works best so far for me.

On the Hit Tracking I can track the traffic that land in my gateways. I can track the results of my advertising campaign in details. Since I have a Prestige Domains from SFI, I have some domains to use. I set them up and I can track the traffics land from which site. This gives me an overview of the advertising method and strategy I will use for my next advertising campaign.

I'm sure you have your own experience using all power tools that have been provided by SFI.

Power Tools are undoubtedly very viable and invaluabe tools available to SFI Affiliates as part of a proven system.Choosing which is best among the best may be difficult. However having considered the value of each individual Tool I would unanimously choose the PSA/CSA Mailer. Here's my reasoning, it allows you to give expression or convey any and all information to your Team members - "downline".

Also bear in mind that what ever you want to publish you can succesfully accomplish such a task with the PSA/CSA Mailer.This type of technology has made it very easy to convey what ever is on your mind to affiliates across largest bodies of water and where ever SFI is conducting business.So whether you are desirous of talking about Key codes, Tracking,puchasing S-Builder Co-op shares to build your business, Gift Card Manager to encourage and motivate your new affiliates,or whether your are following the work pattern and progress of your team members by looking at your Geneology with the intent of spuring and encouraging them to stay above the green line, you need the PSA Mailer to do so, and lastly you get 30VP for using it weekly. In my case, the order would be the following:

- S-Builder co-op because it helps me grow my team every month
- PSA and CSA mailer because it's the best way to stay in contact with my entire team and send guidance to everyone in the same time
- Co-op manager because I am running co-ops especially for my PSAs that becomes EA2
- Genealogy because it's very easy to check how any of my affiliates is doing and send guidance if needed.

Key Codes is very useful for tracking the advertising I am doing.

So many tools here to choose from! But my 3 favorites, in order are:

1) Key Codes - this is the best way to track what advertising works and what doesn't work. For each type of ad, flyer and/or location that you run, have a separate key code and you can easily see then which text or location or advertising process is bringing you the best results.

2) You're here! ASK SC is another very powerful tool because you can find answers to many many questions you may have - as well as just learning some good tips that you may not have thought of before.

3) Lastly, the Internet Income course in the Training section - this course provides a wealth of information about building an internet business. It is invaluable and SFI just GIVES it to us for FREE!!

My preferred tools are the ones that:

- Help me keep an eye on and stay in contact with my downline: The Movers tab is fine but I like the Genealogy best because I can check everyone equally, I can look at my team members' efforts, reward them accordingly or communicate with them individually or as a specific group and much more

- Help me keep an eye on and stay on top of my business: The SCOREBOARD tab is great for this but I like the VP LEDGER too because I can check everything in relationship with my overall effort. I can also check the VP ledger for my downline and see the detail of which actions they do the most or the least and understand better who they are and how to help them. If like me you are an ECA, then you will find the ECA CENTRE most useful for checking your open orders, messages and suggestions from affiliates, and a space to manage your Tripleclicks ECA items

- Help me grow my knowledge of SFI/Tripleclicks, online marketing and home-based work: As much as I love the wealth of SFI (free) RESOURCES, what I love more is finding an answer in the ASK SC or the FORUM that combines the knowledge of this business and the personal experience that comes with inevitably making mistakes.

First, if you do not have time and experience, Co-Builder Co-op helps you in finding your new affiliates. Also Hit Track and Key Codes track your ads to help you get the information about the posted ads.
when you want to be in permanent contact with your PSAs and CSAa, you use PSA MAiler and CSA Mailer, help them to do their tasks and advance in their job, and at the same time, once a week you get additional VPs thanks to those mails.
Also, in Genealogy, you can find out a lot about your affiliates, information that can help you in work with them. At the same time, you can see if they work regularly, if they have missed something and help them to correct their mistakes.
If you want to reward them and follow the track of your rewards, use Reassignement Mgr and Gift Certificate Mgr.
All in all Power Tools are the most important tools to be used to create the strong and successful team.

Each of them has it's own benefits.
I use "KEY CODE TRACKING"/"HIT TRACKING" the most as it gives me opportunity to know which visit of which of my links came from which ads I posted,regardless of when,where and what I have advertised.I have list of codes for everything I post.For example my code for advertising Auctions is 1.If I post that link to ads in my country I add another number( for my country I type 2), if I post it in August I add 8 and if I post to classifieds I use 0. So my code is 1280.If I don't get many hits on that ad I won't advertise there anymore and I look for another place to advertise.I save a lot of time like that.

Unless one gets dozens of new affiliates each day
the Aff. mgr. has everything to keep up-to-date
with one's PSA's.
That is if you make yourself familiar with it
right from the start.

I used Re-Assignment tool and Co-op manager, yet to me
the above mentioned tools are the ones helping me the most.

Someday I shall find out if these other tools are more
for experienced users or power hitters, but for now I say
communicating is important and the manager is helping
tremendously by sorting out who to converse with.

I would, with my limited understanding and knowledge of SFI, hold that Genealogy is one of the most powerful resources in SFI which helps one manage one's business, besides marketing,training and my account.

The Genealogy lists one's PSAs, their PSAs (Generation 2), and so on, down to Generation 7 (G7). Genealogy does not contain affiliates who have been inactive for six months or more, to prevent clutter in the report. With Genealogy, one can manage one's growing organization, send individual and group messages to one's entire organization (or any segment), monitor sales activity, award gift certificates, reassign sponsors, and more.
