VersaPoints are one of the first thing you mention to your new affiliates when you introduce SFI program to them. When you start explaining them what to do, you have to mention that they collect VersaPoints for each completed task. The more VersaPoints they collect, the faster they will get to the new rank and the higher position they will get.
VersaPoints is one of the tools necessary in this work. Everything you do, you check if you get any VP for that (if there are no VPs for an activity, you feel disappointed). They help you get the next status, they help you reach position in the rank *class, country, overall...Actually, they are very important.
But, you should not talk only about VPs. You have to mention all other tools, that together with VersaPoints help you to earn and to make this business profitable...Your business promotion and your marketing and sales abilities make you satisfied and successful in this business.

If you want to be successful in SFI it is not crucial to know a great number of people.
It is very important to have a strong team, but there are many ways to build it.
First, you can advertise on so many different ways that you should only create attractive ads and post them on countless places (social networks, classified ads...).
Then, create your own blogs or sites, make them interesting, find the best ways to sign up new affiliates, using all available information and tools SFI provide you.
Next, as you go to the higher levels, each time you achieve a new one (EA, BTL, STL...) you are rewarded for your success by having been appointing with new CSAs...
ON Tripleclick, there are many ECAs offering you new sign ups, if you can afford it to yourself.
Also, participate in Pricebenders and you can get new PSAs and CSAs if you win the acutions...
The ways to get new affiliates are really numerous.
So, it is not important if you do not many people. just start doing SFI and you will, surely, get know more people very soon.

How can I build a successful SFI business when I have a team of inactive affiliates and doubtful customers for my TripleClicks store?

I think that all of us have the problem with inactive affiliates. It is a lottery to get active affiliates and you never know when it is going to happen. At first, you should try to contact them, to explain them the steps they are to undertake...But, after a while you, you can contact them on weekly basis via Genealogy messenger. But, at the same time, keep making your team, advertising in all possible ways and trying to get new affiliates...This is the process that should be continuous.
As for the TripleClicks store, the process is similar with building your team. Never give up advertising TripleClicks products and never give up~
You never know when the right affiliate or TripleClicks customer will arrive...

Negativity is always present all around us, not only when promoting SFI. I think it is a kind of consequence, because of hard living conditions during the last years, especially in the countries where standard is not high. So, people are very sceptic. They doubt in everything. Internet marketing is a kind of new business, opposite to traditional jobs with regular working hours, that can be done only in factories, offices, restaurants etc.
People do not understand always how it works, how they can earn money that way, how they can get their money...People need time...
When you meet such a person, you should try to explain in general the most important things about SFI, Depending on the kind of person, some will register immediately, some will take some time to think about that,,,but there are always some who will never accept it.
You do your job, try to explain, try to outline the benefits of SFI, just not to be sorry if you think you have missed the chance. But if there is too much negativity, just leave,,,there will be other opportunities!

I think that the thing we should always have in our minds is cross cultural differences.
Just remember how many people are in SFI and from how many countries. The whole world on one place. Each of us has different background, customs, habits...
Nevertheless, you should always try to help your PSAs as their success is yours at the same time. But, if you think you have been rated poorly, you could ask him/her for the reason and try to find solution for your problem or misunderstanding.
