What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

The solution to the problem depends on what goal you have set for your SFI business -as for mine, i wouldn't settle for less.

I would answer your question by sharing with you what i do.

#1. I recruit quality members who have interest in online marketing, have the time and good internet connection.

#2. I coach alongside sponsoring. Immediately i receive a notification message from SFI for a newly sponsored affiliate i send them my self prepared "SFI GUIDE"

The whole idea of joining SFI when all is said and done is to make money.

To make money you have to gain more than you spend, obvious.

If you have 100s of PSA who all achieve very little, you don't get much comission from them, you don't get duplicate VPs 'cos they never make EA2, and they are likely to leave SFI because they are not making progress.

If you have 5 PSAs who all work regularly, and you nuture those few your position in SFI suddenly becomes stable, you

You have to balance both.. you must remember SFI is a numbers game..you can refer to day 16 of the launchpad lessons here https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/Day16

In order to create a massive income stream that keeps growing month after month you have to continue sponsoring affiliates while supporting your team.

The reason for this is that you will find out that many people will start quitting SFI for various reasons, some may think its a quick rich thing, some may not want to

Hi Dear,
A great Question....
Its actually the quality not the quantity which matters here, and almost every where.
No doubt you must spread the word as far as possible to every knock and corner of your limits, but at the same time with no compromise on Quality...
Dozens of your new affiliates may be added to your down-line every hour, but if none of them is active, and is not serious about the business, its of no value. This may distract you too much from your goals.
Try

Hi there:

There is a saying, it goes like this, not verbatim: "A Leader never sends his troops to places he has never been"

The Leaders in SFI encourages us to have 5 active PSA's on our team, how I understand that is at any given time, 5 PSA's should be duplicating and supporting their own team; but because as human beings we have a tendency to lose focus,(some will stay and some will not) you will therefore find that pursuing new and active PSA's is constant.

So

Continuously sponsoring new affiliates that you can't look after will eventually result in those 'affiliates' dropping out.

Coaching and helping a new PSA can be rewarding, until that person decides that they want to do something else...

Properly, you should balance finding new bodies with helping the one that you have. Your focus should be on building a team. That means working with your new people, and helping them. Answer their questions, and offer assistance. As they

Hello Everyone,

I think that the important thing to remember is that you are Building a Business.

Now, if you were to open up a Toy Store and you have 1 customer come in and they are checking out your Toys and you notice that your customer is really interested in a Train set.

So you would approach them and start to give them details all about this train set, right?

So now, with a little bit of information about the Train set, you now have one customer,

I think that both are important. I have found that their are a many of the affiliates that will sign-up with SFI, but then they fade out. Look for those affiliates that are active and seem to log-in daily. The ones that go through their to-do-list and complete requirements to make VP and move to the next level of leadership. Help those that are trying to help themselves, we can not make a person sign in daily and do what they need to do to be a success with SFI.

This is where sponsoring

Hi Andrew,

The answer to your question does not either lie on the quantity or generation of PSAs to coach and train. The answer depends upon the capability of a person to lead.

Leadership is not an easy job. You can not simply put people together as easy as putting apples in a basket. A effective team needs cooperative people and a talented team leader. Everyone has the potential to be a leader. You may be an effective team leader now but there may be someone in your downline
