Hi Andrew,

It is advisable to concentrate on both. Your downline is dynamic therefore forever changing. Whilst you can be an awesome sponsor and encourage maximum productivity from your team members, you have no control over their personal lives and so your best workers may drop out at any time. Which is why I think it is best to continually sponsor new affiliates. By all means concentrate on the ones who are in your '[movers' tab but you can't afford to think that you have enough affiliates

Maybe it sounds cliche but if I am asked to choose, then I'll say both are important. But which one brings most benefits, then I'll answer the first one, i.e. sponsoring ACTIVE PSAs. Having only 3 or 5 PSAs will give us much advantages as long as they are active and want to move forward. Continue to assist them in every way possible to stay on the right track and build their own team will be more effective than to continually refer many new PSAs who are obviously inactive.

It will be wasting

Hello Andrew Mahamo

Nice question and I will also give you my example how I began with my PSA's.

First of all I just wanted to promote SFI bussines as much as I could and it gave me so much results at the beginning, but after a month or two when I had so much PSA's in my Genealogy I just couldn't teach or explain or even answer on so much question at once because every day I had so much questions. The result was - they just went off and never came back.
After that I realised

Best is continuously sponsoring new affiliates, then concentrating on coaching and helping, the ones that last and do not quit, build a successful business in SFI.

You cannot just sponsor fewer PSA's as anyone long enough here knows that not all of them stick, some who work for sometime just do quit. So it is not guaranteed that the fewer PSA's will last.

Best is to continuously sponsor affiliates. if it takes more time to coach and help them you got to.

First you must understand that even to get fewer active PSA, you have to sponser a lot.
For example I have over 200 PSAs & over 600 CSAs but not even one is even EA2 in spite of coaching & contacting them every week.
But if I have a choice I would certainly go for quality rather than quantity but again to get quality you have to have quantity.
Hve that much quantity which results in atleast five quality affiliates.

If you sponser just 5 affiliates in one month

It depends what you are comfortable with in terms of teaching what you have learned. I know that's not an explicit answer as circumstances will alter for us all. If recruiting friends and family its easier to hold one to one sessions which work through various questions and topics effectively. scale that up to a webinar and quickly it might overwhelm unless a plan is in place. Also some might not be comfortable holding a skype meeting even with a limited number of screens even.

I use a

Hello Dear,

I would say both.

We can't guarantee all our affiliates will continue to build their own business successfully, unless we take care of their financial part too (its where many of new affiliates stop coming to SFI).

If we need to improve our business then we need to recruit new affiliate as well as train them to be successful in SFI. So recruiting alone will not bring any effect on our business rather it can only waste our precious time. But if we try to

Quality is more important than quantity. It is better to have 5 active team leaders than to have 1,000 inactive affiliates.

If you have active affiliates, you need to work with them so they can learn to duplicate your actions.

However, there are so many inactive affiliates, you need to keep sponsoring more and more of them

Continuous sponsoring, that's what's best, not because you are greedy, but because you don't know which of your affiliates will be "THE AFFLIATE." No body is praying for anything bad to happen, but what if suddenly your star affiliates stop logging in one after the other, not because they don't want to but because "life happened?"

Again, I believe its only a selected few that will see the light, and this may be 1 in 200. I am not trying to be pessimistic, but that's

There are many factors involved in answering this question.

Firstly, it depends somewhat on where you are getting your PSA's. If you have 5 PSAs that are from your warm market (friends and family) They are more likely to need coaching than if you get 10 Affiliates from a Network Marketing forum where you could expect the participants to have some experience with MLM basics and marketing in general.

From some sources such as Traffic Exchanges, Safelists and other online
