You can be a superstar in SFI by following this method:-
Hey I want to say that it’s very useful for all Future belongs to the network marketing to the for the people and by the people.So help your PSAs and CSAs to success in SFI.
First of all “Learn one thing every day from SFI”----------------
And then Do your daily work(make 11 VPs regularly)----If you make regular 11 VPs regularly you make streak badge then any body see your snapshot,he say he is active person,he is a great leader.
2)Help the people if he want help from you-----If anybody want help from like your downline,A2A friend,any other SFI affiliate,you should help him.
3)Lead by example-------If you want your affiliates sponsoring affiliates,referring TC members, etc., then make sure YOU are are doing these things. Do these things and become proficient in these things so you can show and teach your affiliates the best ways to do them.
In the key area of duplication, your affiliates are definitely watching! Show them what it means to be a strong, active sponsor and THEY will become strong, active sponsors and help you further your growth and profits.
Leading by example works in the negative, too, of course. Want a downline of affiliates who do nothing? Then do nothing and that's what you'll likely get!
4)Educate you team-------Help your team by become success leader help your CSAs and PSAs.
5)Be a awesome sponsor------------If you work hard for your team and help him to success in SFI then you’re be a supertar for your team. “
As a leader, you must a good communicator. You must be willing to give advises, tips, and shares ideas to your downline and even to all SFI affiliates. Always ready to help and give answers to anyone who needs clarifications or doubts, considers all options and leads in the right directions. Being a good communicator and adviser especially in SFI Forum Page and ASK SC, everyone will like you to become A2A friend and this is the start of being well-known or superstar.
As a leader you have the ability to inspire. Giving inspirational though, work acknowledgement, appreciation for achieving affiliates rank and advancing to team leader, giving rewards and gifts and full support are good motivational tools that a leader use to boost the morale and higher energy level of hard work in his team.
As a leader you have a positive attitude. Keep your team motivated towards their success. Be patient and perseverance to build your team and to generate more EA2 and team leader. Teach them on how to become an awesome Sponsor. Show them whatever you want them to do. You must lead by example so they are following your lead. By sponsoring affiliates and generate duplication in your team you will earn big income from Direct Commissions, TripleClicks Executive pool, and even from your CS Commissions that makes you become a superstar.
6)Ask SC and forum-----)Interact on forum and ASK SC to gain more Applicable, simple and easy way of strategy and technique. I think if you can do this all then thousand of VP,TC,and bosst your Badges as well then superstar can be possible.
7)Be topper--------Prticipate in Ask SC and win,make team and guide well him and then he gives you excellent rating and you name displayed in “Top sponser’s” leaderboard,make more VPs and then your name displayed in power ranking leader board,Versa points leader board and many more leaderboard etc.
8)Set Goals----------------Set goals what you want to do,if you set goals and follow you see you was travel a big jorney.And be successful Leader.
SFI has provided all the resources required for success and it is only up to us to implement them and of course this may not always be easy, because it requires input. Without input there is no output and the greater the input, the higher the output. When you want to climb Mount Everest, you start from the foot of the mountain not from its summit! I often look at superstars in other aspects of life and I see both bad and good examples. I also see superstars who have fallen from grace, in the process disappointing their followers.
So what is the lesson? It is that although we can of course learn from others, we should focus more on what we should do with all the SFI resources at our disposal. Just do it, and doing your best will ultimately lead you to stardom. And when you become a superstar, keep your discipline so that others can also learn from you.
