I believe since SFI is Global, it doesn't matter where you live as long as you have a computer and internet access. Also, it is very important to maintain at least EA status to help you succeed. The easiest way to remain EA is to set up an SO (Standing Order) of at least 1200 to 1500 VP's. I suggest the 1200 VP's if you plan on logging in EVERY DAY to complete all of your Task's for the day week, or month, as well as Intermediate Actions. Participating in WAVE 3 and Tripleclicks purchasing or Auctions. I suggest on the Auctions, trying to bid for T-Credits and Personally Sponsored Affiliates (PSA's) to help build your downline. A productive downline can be very rewarding, too, but you must be a great Sponsor to them by staying in contact with them. Reward them in some way, if you can. I've rewarded mine with reassigned CSA's, T-Credits, and in other ways, because I want to keep my team. A good team is extremely essential, but they should be rewarded in some way for doing a good job, and you should stay in contact with them. BE there for them. If you're not, you will lose in the end. Advertise your Gateways, etc.! Google search free advertising websites. If your money is limited, that is a start, at least.

All of the above statement should help provide some success, but there are many more things you can do. I hope to see you succeed and see you at the top!

I originally joined in November 2011, and remained fairly active until about March 2012. I joined back June this year, and have been very active since. The ONLY reason I became inactive is because of personal situations, finances and other work, and my handicap daughter all needing more attention than I was able to give to SFI at the time.

I'm back, and try to encourage my affiliate team every week to log in daily and work THEIR SFI business. SFI is well worth the effort we put into it. You don't get rich quick, you make a Lifetime income. I'd rather have a steady income for life than a quick check, then it's over with. I don't know what Gery's beliefs are, but I believe he is a man God sent to help others realze dreams and financial freedom.

I keep pushing forward because I believe! I believe in God, and I believe in Gery.

The same way you would with any business or job that you would be a leader in. You might get hired for a public job in a leadership position, although you may not know much about that job. We all learn in life by trial and error. Some people can't stand to make a mistake, but the mistakes are what teach US, so we can learn from them, and grow. They teach us to do better. None of us can be perfect to or for everybody. It's best to try to help them by simply duplicating the way you/you've learned yourself. There is no perfect way to do it, you just do the best you can. If you are determined to be successful, you'll be able to spill that determination over to your downline. What you don't know, or are not sure about, find out from your upline, or educate yourself in other ways. SFI's extensive knowledge bases abound with answers.

In reflection and what is most important, be confident in yourself. If you're not confident in yourself, you'll have a hard time helping others.

I don't believe a new affiliate is good or bad. I DO believe any affiliate has to have the desire, patience, and perseverance to become a success in their own home business. If none of us have those qualities, we wouldn't be very good, either!

There is a 'but', though. Being an excellent Sponsor can go a long way, too. I not only send Team Mails, and personal emails, but I also chat with mine very often. If I see any that are online, I start a chat with them to see if they need my help, or to encourage them that they are doing a great job. I offer Incentives/Rewards to them, as well as on my Leadership page as a contest. Encouraging them, rewarding them, and staying in contact is VERY important if you want to keep them. Motivation is key...Keep them Motivated, as I've stated here, like I do. I need them, as much as they need me, if we're going to make our Team a successful business! I'm not in this alone, and they shouldn't be, either.

We commit ourselves everyday to something or someone. To me, it is the same as setting goals. Without them, you'll never go anywhere. Life requires us to be patient, persevere, and to be consistent. Taking care of your SFI business EVERYDAY, is what will bring you success, and being committed to it is what will make you a Superstar.

Neither one will make you successful alone. If you want to be successful, you must use both. It's kind of like SFI's duplication process; you need duplication in both SFI and Tripleclicks to make a profitable business with them. In my opinion, one won't work without the other if you want REAL success!

All of the information available can be very overwhelming for some. I try to suggest baby steps, which is my plan below. Try to get them to become EA in their first month at 1500 VP's, but once EA, to save the rest of their VP's for the second month so they can become EA2. It is very important they not use up ALL of their VP's in that 1st month.

If possible, complete these steps within the first 24 hours and/or the first month:

1. Earn 500 VP's in the first 24 hours so you can get 200 Bonus VP's. (700 VP's)
2. Do your Daily Actions Tabs. (11 VP's)+(700 VP's)=(711 VP's)
3. Set Monthly Goals before the 10th. (5 VP's)+(711 VP's)=(716 VP's)
4. Review your TConnect page. (5 VP's)+(716 VP's)=(721 VP's)
5. Confirm your registration. (150 VP's)+(721 VP's)=(871 VP's)
6. For whitelisting [email protected]. (100 VP's)+(871 VP's)=(971 VP's)
7. Complete your Affiliate Profile. (75 VP's)+(971 VP's)=(1046 VP's)
8. Register as an a2a member. (60 VP's)+(1046 VP's)=(1106 VP's)
9. Send SFI Committment message to Sponsor. (50 VP's)+(1106 VP's)=(1156 VP's)

My Movers get rewarded with reassigned Affiliates. This helps give them an extra 30 VP's per week when they use CSA or Genealogy Mailer, plus gives them motivation and there own down line to help them out. My Movers are extremely worth rewarding.

That covers just the first two months. I let all of my team know from day 1, that at some point, they are going to have to make an investment if they intend on being successful. This is where the third month and beyond comes in. They need to set up a Standing Order by this time, if at all possible, to stay in the game. I also let them know from the beginning that need to reach and maintain EA, at least, every month, because that helps determine how much they will make on income. I want them to know right from the start that while SFI might be FREE to join, it is still a business on their part, and they will have to invest in it. It is important for them to know that they will have to work, and they will NOT get rich quick or overnight.

Above all else, BE THERE for them! BE MORE than an awesome Sponsor...be their Friend!

It is best to work on your SFI, and show you are successful at it, and treat is as a business, and are earning money from that business, from home.

Some people just doesn't like it if they feel you are being too pushy about something, so Show them. Seeing is believing.
