Because they are not realize opportunity they have here and just looking for "fast money".
Also, many of them, don't have enough time or money to invest for growing this "long term" business and most of all they don't have patience for it!
Internet Marketing and Advertise requires some technical knowledge which many of them don't have. Don't forget language issues.
We are all aware of all difficulties in this business and we are aware most of the people following the "easy" way of living...only the best, "tough" ones will stay here and those kind of co-workers we do need, so at the end, it is their loss, not ours.
They can't be all "As", but if we are, we will continue to looking for right ones!
sfi is good and well established marketing group.new affiliate join sfi eagerly. first month is very easy for affiliates they acquire 1500 versa points. become EA. when affiliate enter second months acquiring 1500 versa point become difficult.due to lac of money.so people does not work towards advancing in sfi . affiliates give up sfi . it is not get rich program in tonight.
I feel some people don't advance due to money and little Internet connection. Trying to get the 1500VP is really hard for some, especially with no Internet. I noticed some may think this is a get rich quick scheme, and when they see that it's not they give up. They should check in everyday and get to know all the great benefits behind SFI. Success has rules. We should make sure we're following SFI's Rules of Success. And again some people just think SFI is a waste of time because the results aren't instantly.

Sfi is a place to learn and earn. It has to be done patiently. People who join has first to understand the basics and recruit new affiliates and teach them what the sponsor has
learnt.People find it difficult to cope up with Sfi becaus mainly they thin it may be a quick getting rich scheme

Even targeted ads will produce people who are not actively seeking an online opportunity, but are trying to earn credits or clicking on links to earn revenue.
When these kinds of leads sign up, it isn't at all about an opportunity, but completing a task and just moving on. As a rule, those sign ups will end up red-flagged in a year. Our opportunity, in this case, is to send periodic team mail with creative subject lines and enticing invitations to try out something that could change their lives. It's like fishing in the ocean, but sooner or later there will be a new contact.

This is clearly due to the lack of motivation, to help in such a situation a team leader would have to give the proper assistance where the new or not motivated people can get an idea of what you have accomplished that they can see it was done by you and they too can do it if they put their minds to it and give it some time to work.
It's all about implementation of successful ideas/plans, turning marketing into sales, leading by example, because we know how to take action. ACTION TAKES EFFORT.
Besides commitment, perseverance and determination, most need a sense of accomplishment by being continually dedicated to their decision to advance.
Many people join for free, like you and me, but cannot devote themselves to work.

additional monthly costs are to great for many house holds.
Few people are able and willing to risk cash in hand for a bird in the bush, so to speak.
I have learned that there are more than one way to reach your VP goals, not all cost cash, free advertising is the backbone of marketing, Try the W3 to give yourself a boost, bling your blog with SFI banners, I use my my monthly budget to purchase discounted co-ops, advertising offers from SFI affiliates, and Items that I can rate at the end of month for 25 VPs.

There are so many reasons why more people don't work towards advancing in SFI - one of the biggest reasons is that they don't see the perspective. People want quick money earning. Simple, they don't realise that it takes some time for this job. They give up too soon. Some of them don't have time, but most people just are not persistent.
If you want to work towards advancing in SFI you have to commit to the job and success will come.
Based on what I experienced myself, I believe that, as excellent as SFI is, a person is completely overwhelmed initially.
I would have fared better if there was a step-by-step guide and additional tabs/information being revealed only as I progressed through these steps. It would have prevented my "brain overload" which caused me to stop for 2 months and so lose out on my chances of winning in the E365 competition, which I found very disappointing.
Having investigated too many online businesses to mention and spending a fortune on getting "inside" it, I am very excited by my future with SFI.
