Well, there is not such a thing like too much contacting your team if you have a hardworking team.
You have to be there for your team, to explain them everything about SFI and Tripleclicks, to answer on their questions.
If someone is interested for the job he/she will ask you everything that he/she want to know. On other side, if someone is not interested, there is no point contacting him/her too much.
It is enough to send introductory explanation to new PSAs and CSAs and weekly

For the start, SFI affiliates should visit SFI and TripleClicks every day. That is basic.

It is important to SFI affiliates do Daily Actions every day. Those are easy points which also brings a chance for win on Daily Grand.

Of course, SFI affiliates should work on making of their team every day. And not just on making of their team but also working with their team. That is key of succes!

The first tip I give to my new PSAs to help them get started is simple:

1. Go through your "TO-DO LIST" step by step and collect 500 points in your 24 hours here and you will get BONUS 200 points for doing so!
2. Collect 1.500 points and you will become Executive Affiliate!

And of course - be patient and read!

That's enough for the start.

There are so many reasons why more people don't work towards advancing in SFI - one of the biggest reasons is that they don't see the perspective. People want quick money earning. Simple, they don't realise that it takes some time for this job. They give up too soon. Some of them don't have time, but most people just are not persistent.
If you want to work towards advancing in SFI you have to commit to the job and success will come.
