I usually share with my PSAs in two parts as follows:

(A) Conditioning

Making them Comfortable and have them Conditioned about this business with following facts:
1. Don’t treat, SFI as an overnight success story rather treat it like your own

Excellent question!

The first thing I do when I get a new PSA is I send out a welcome email to the email address they signed up with. In this email I introduce myself and welcome them to SFI.

Then I explain to them about the to-do list. I advise them to begin with clicking on the Gray Start button at the top right corner of their homepage. This gives them some basic information and leads them to more information.

I advise them to work through the "Getting Started

PSAs are a very important part of a Sponsors growth in SFI, and they have to be taken care of and tended and nourished just like a sappling.

Whenever you get new PSAs from signing up, auctions or SBuilder you have to keep one thing in mind that they have the potential to create a very succesful business in SFI but they require your help to get them started. At the same time take care that you dont overwhelm them with more information than they can assimilate in a day.

I suggest

There are numerous tips I try to give my new affiliates as they get started.

the main thing I try to impress on them is that they should take their time reading and studying the business. I let affiliates know that I am here to help them and that I am successful when they are. I offer them whatever help is needed, such as gift certificates, co-op shares, etc.

Letting affiliates know that they are welcome and that you are available to help with any question or challenge

Based on my experience, the first and best tips I would give to brand new PSAs are to:

The tip that I want to give to my sign-ups is to set up a Standing Order in the 1st month; it doesn’t have to be for the full 1500 VersaPoints.

In conjunction with the 1st tip, the next tip will be that he or she should do all the Launch pad sessions.

And then my final of the 1st three best tips will be that he or she should not do all of the Getting Started and Intermediate actions

I want to help them to make sure a combination of a "less than 1500

My first tip rather best tip for the new PSA will be learn the basic of SFI going to Launchpad which is very important because a new PSA is quite novice to accommodate with net marketing or such task. Hence it is important for them to learn all the basic points given in Launchpad and see the training link given for understanding what exactly they are supposed to do and why they do. Once this is clear to them I presume they will not look for more assistance because SFI has given enough illustration

First of all i would instruct them, and help them complete the To-Do List where everything is simple to understand, and easy to gain points from.

Secondly i would give them the directions to get to LaunchPad, and help them through till they complete that.

Thirdly, ii would talk to them about a standing order and where they want to be on their status, if they want to be a high rank then i would suggest some standing orders that may help them out in every way possible.

The most important in the beginning is discipline and to explain to new Affiliates that they started a serious business. Dedication is what brings results.

So I do it like this:

"Knock, Knock. Who's there? Opportunity. Don't be silly - opportunity doesn't knock twice!" - anon

Dear Affiliates,
Hope that you enjoy working in SFI with understanding of this great opportunity !!!
In the beginning can be overwhelming but after some time –
