Read, read, read. Communicate. Duplicate. Reward my team. And then turn around and do it again tomorrow.

I think the most important thing to do to grow as a leader is to read and learn as much as possible. There is a lot of information on this site. Then there's the IAHBE site, which is LOADED with information. If I'm looking for information on a specific subject, I look in the TC store to find cheap ebooks. Most of the time I buy them with a TCredit or MRP. There is so much information out there, and there is always more to learn. This is more about becoming knowledgeable for my own business than being a leader, per se. However, to be a successful leader, you have to know your business.

One of the most important aspects of being a leader is communicating to your team. They need to know what is expected of them, and you have to show them how to achieve those goals. You need to lead by example, and communicate any time they need help.

Good communication will lead to duplication. When your team starts duplicating your success, it is good to reward them. Even small incentives are great motivators.

Finally, I think it's important to be persistent in everything we do here. It's important to come here every day, lead by example, and show our team that we are serious about the business we are building together. You can't lead your team unless you are going somewhere.

The tip that I want to give to my sign-ups is to set up a Standing Order in the 1st month; it doesn’t have to be for the full 1500 VersaPoints.

In conjunction with the 1st tip, the next tip will be that he or she should do all the Launch pad sessions.

And then my final of the 1st three best tips will be that he or she should not do all of the Getting Started and Intermediate actions

I want to help them to make sure a combination of a "less than 1500 VersaPoints-Standing Order" and only part of the Getting Started and Intermediate actions will be enough to make up 1500 VersaPoints to get to Executive Affiliate.

The rest of the Getting Started, and Intermediate actions must then be saved for the second month.

Normally everybody has done all of the Getting Started, and Intermediate actions in the 1st month.

This leave the 2nd month with no more Getting Started and Intermediate actions like in the 1st month, which makes it harder to collect action VersPoints in the 2nd month.

In other words if you save some, like explained earlier, the saved-up actions will come in handy the second month as extra VersaPoints collected through actions.

I have a Bronze Team Leader on my Team who did just that and still have about 550 VersaPoints to collect from Getting Started and Intermediate Actions.

This easy 550 VersaPoints will help him a lot in this new month to retain rank.

2.Offer them your products as a gift..
3.If possible you can even dropship their products..
4.Pay for their co-ops...
5.Explain to them about store within store commission..
6.Ask your a2a friends and forum people and your upline & downline to help promoting your products...

Only by these ways you can get sfi affiliates to promote your products and services...

People like bargains. People like receiving and taking advantage of special offers. By offering gift certificates to your affiliates, you will create increased interest in SFI...and this will naturally lead to more activity.

go to your Genealogy Report and click the Gift Certificate tab. Then click the "Buy Now" link to purchase a Gift Certificate for a specific affiliate. Select the certificate amount you wish to offer and a deadline on your offer. (NOTE: A deadline gives your certificate a sense of urgency and enables you to better track the current gift certificates you have available at any given time. The system will assign a one-year expiration date by default.)

The SFI system automatically sends your affiliate a special e-mail notifying him or her of the discount you've offered and the deadline. The affiliate simply clicks the link to the TripleClicks store contained in the e-mail and redeem the gift certificate immediately. Your affiliates will receive the discount you've authorized when they place their product order.

Its a great tool.. But be sure that your messages reach the target persons.. Sometimes there may be some technical issues or they maybe offline and the messages maynot be delivered.. So always check that..If your messages are delivered ,then its a great communication tool..

The best tip would be to keep the message short and simple..There is a saying "Keep It Simple Sponsor" which is the KISS method..

Communicate with one at a time to avoid sending cross messages..

No cross-solicitation is permitted..

Its best to send important messages via team-mail than at SFIM as we can't be sure if it reaches them..

Offer them help like gift certificates and t-credits ..

You can take a screen shot of all the conversations and can use it for future reference or to encourage other dormant affiliates..
