As to personal point of view, discipline is always a key for good leadership. As SFI Leader, our goal is to be a very role model to our team. And one way to be a role model is by showing our support to them in any way that we can do. Best and sincere way is by keep communicating with them Letting them know you are there for them is big point. Of course, that doesn't mean you will just give them a fish...Instead, teach them how to fish..Because if they will learn that, that would be the greatest help you've ever give them. It is for a life time.

Another thing is to keep your focus. Work without focus is nothing. Focus means doing something aiming for a great achievement.

All of these are not just for being SFI Leader, this is also applied in our everyday life.

This important question is sometimes get overlooked by technical questions helping us to figure out the "Hows": how to make an efficient splash pages or how to use the Messaging System.

But we also should think about what kind of image do we project to our downline affiliates. To me, the best tools we have to grow our leadership is the Forum and articles by Gery. From those we can see how prominent leaders handle different situations and how they have patience and wisdom to direct new affiliates to right type of behavior.

However, it is imperative that growing our leadership would go hand in hand with growing the size of our team. It is very unlikely that a person with five PSAs would be a better leader in six months if they still have the same 5 PSAs. Our leadership only would grow to match the demand of our activities.

So, it comes back to doing more on a consistent basis, this would create many challenges and by learning from people who have been there before us and by eventually overcoming those challenges that is how we going to grow and develop our leadership skills.

First I needed to understand what SFI was all about. Without knowledge about SFI, I wont be able to sell or discuss SFI to potential affiliates.

A good leader, leads by examples. If they are no proofs of what you have achieved, it will be difficult to motivate/inspire your team. So, I have decided to set goals for every months and works towards achieving them. Doing so, proves to my teams members that is possible and with the same efforts or more, they should able to surpass my achievements too.

SFI has so many Hot Spots sites that needs to be visited often. Doing so, will enable me have a successful and wonderful business experience with SFI.

SFI requires you daily attention by visiting it's sites daily and carrying out some daily task. With the aid of phones/hand set, one should be able to achieve these targets with ease.

This does not exhaust all the means possible but am sure they will take you to reasonable heights and make you a good SFI leader.

This is a very good question. What i do really everytime, is to make sure i login in everyday to do my daily activities. I also make sure i go back to the SFI BASICS and read through to see if there are some things am not doing well or forget to do. I visit tripleclicks every single day to view what new product they have and bid on their deals of the day. All these gives me more VP and helps me to be on track of my point.

You should always check your to-do-list twice daily to see and make sure you are not leaving any action. Try and work yourself to the top by doing all this every single day and you will not regret it.

That is a great question. What I do is always lead by example. I set goals for myself, my business and I create a plan of action to achieve these goals. The reason I do this is to support my vision and also have a plan of action to give directions to how I will achieve my goal. If I know where I am going and how I will get there, I will never get lost in my business. If you do that with your SFI business you will be successful. By doing so you set an example for your csa and psa. You can teach others what you are doing and because they see your success they will follow because you are the example for your affiliate's.

I always looking for new ways to improve my team .I do the award program for EA,EA2 and above with TCredits and PSAs this is very motivate stimulus for new members. I also give my team every week some tips how to try new things like gift cards distribution,banners copy and put in advertising sites etc.Now I'm working on good list and bad list where I will inform my team about web sites and advertising company who is solid trusted business or scams I think this will help people save money and time.I read all news at SFI for more info forum is good too you never know what new ideas come.Let my team knows that I try my best to help them out sometimes do not work well sometimes do but if you don't try you will never know thats my motto.

I do what i want my team to do. Or should i say i use the "Golden rule". I lead by example. I have a temporary permanent rule that as long as my affiliates (Gen 1) are EA2, they keep getting 3 or so PSAs monthly from me while i teach them how get for themselves. I am doing this because one of the most herculean aspect of SFI newbies is sponsoring new affiliates. Some will surely copy my lead and do same to their affiliates thereby building our team and increasing our source of income.

I want to learn all I can to make my business grow and teach those that are on my team to do the same.
As I Log in to my SFI home page daily, and check out the new Items that TripleClick and share it, I play the game for the daily Grand to accumulate the Tcredits that it offers and I read all the Ask SC. (there are a lot of great Ideas that come out of Ask SC) I check on my Genealogy team and send encouraging letter to say I am here to help when they need me to help. I try to lead by example and want to be there for all of my team when they need the help I want them to know that we can learn together and get Ideas from each other in what SFI can do. I working on different way to promote SFI and TripleClick as SFI is my business and I want it to work for me and as I learn how and what I can do to improve my business and pass it on to the team at what they can do and what they want out of SFI.

I have much talk with people who is my PSA, CSA, give them support in the work I try to spend maximum time at SFI, where I get questions from my PSA ,it is important to respond as soon as possible, so I try to do it right now because people do not like to wait, and expect from you as a person that is on top of you to always be there for them and always have a ready answer to their follow questions.Always I look in his VP Leadger see if they have failed to do his 11 VP, I send them an email and inform them what they not to do in the daily tasks, and ask them to do.I always watch my PSA stand on the green line, when they are closing round and warn them of the time that they take care of it to prevent go from next round.In this way people next to me feel confident. Always I them talk about time to to advertise and collect members, notifying them when the best time to advertise, so they feel safe.

When it comes to potential members of the team, I try to explain a maximum of whatever is most important to know about doing business on the SFI, but I try to be in the shortest form, because people do not like to read too long texts.

I'm also helping my ECA REFERRALS, when they are at the beginning, if something can not be done,, I offer my help to do together what is necessary with a view to the common good business at TripleClicks.
