What are you personally doing to ensure you continue to grow and develop as an SFI leader?

I want to learn all I can to make my business grow and teach those that are on my team to do the same.
As I Log in to my SFI home page daily, and check out the new Items that TripleClick and share it, I play the game for the daily Grand to accumulate the Tcredits that it offers and I read all the Ask SC. (there are a lot of great Ideas that come out of Ask SC) I check on my Genealogy team and send encouraging letter to say I am here to help when they need me to help. I try to lead by example and want to be there for all of my team when they need the help I want them to know that we can learn together and get Ideas from each other in what SFI can do. I working on different way to promote SFI and TripleClick as SFI is my business and I want it to work for me and as I learn how and what I can do to improve my business and pass it on to the team at what they can do and what they want out of SFI.

How do I get my a2a friends to offer positive support and assistance?

What's more important--the initial contact with a prospect or the follow-up, and why?

Both, the initial contact with the prospect and the follow ups are important, because they go hand in hand with each other, for one the first contact with the prospect is very important, (first impressions) in how you approach the prospect and the knowledge of your own business, the more you know about your business the better you are able to present it to your prospects.
(Knowing the year (1998) SFI (Strong Future International) started and why it started, such as, to better ones awareness of how to maneuver around the internet, how to get affiliates and so on…. How to make it work for you as an Affiliate and what they can get out of their business, having that knowledge can be a great tool, learning is your best asset.)
What the business stands for and how it works and the benefits it will bring them in the future. How to lead them on the steps needed to achieve their goals.
The Follow ups are just as important it is the anchor in leading them through the program and to accomplish what they want to achieve in their business. The follow up also helps with reestablishing a connection with your prospect. When they need help with anything they do not understand, and/or to guide them in the process of their daily lessons and through the steps they should follow. As you keep in contact with them they grow as you grow.

What is the best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again?

Keep in contact with them let them know you are still there for them, never give up on them. Give them all the information you can and keep a positive outlook on what your SFI business is doing, by the actions you do with your To-Do-list and your Standing orders and keeping up with TripleClick. Then all of a sudden they start working on their business you will know right away.
Tell them in your weekly letters that you are there for them and will help them any way you can, when they are ready, (some may need time to process the information you are giving them, just be there for them when they need you) and answer all they ask of you or point them in a direction they can get the answers to their question.
This is just what I feel and no matter the why’s or what’s of how an affiliate has not been active may be not knowing where to start they may of missed the welcome letter or have just not been able to get back on to the site. So you just start again, on giving them the where to start page and take it one step at a time.

Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?

Hello Boza Siussi,
It is up to you on what you feel you can do, do both just to get some PSAs, when starting out (if you can with the funds you have), if you do know of anyone that would like to make an extra income talk to them about SFI and TripleClick. If that does not work, make an investment and buying your PSAs as an standing order with S-builders co-op, or bid on PSAs at your TripleClick store, as you do so it will help you maintain your EA statues or higher. The more you study on how to accumulate PSAs the better you will be able to pass on your knowledge to your team on how to accumulate PSAs, guide them to the areas with information you felt had the best information on how to accumulate PSAs of their own.

If you had to start over with SFI, having the knowledge and tools you have now that you didn't have before, what would you do differently?

As I go through the SFI business, I would take the LaunchPad Lessons and go through them slower to absorb the information in more detail, with advertising and how to work the business and be more successful, I would take each of the lessons one day at a time, to have a better understanding and how to achieve the goals I want to with the training that SFI has to offer.
Find and work with someone that has the knowledge of how to incorporate all the techniques that are shown in the LaunchPad lessons and have it work for you. As we go through life no matter how old or young you are everyone can learn and I make it a goal in my life to learn something new every day, no one is too old to learn, it keeps your mind alert, as in knowing new and exciting things, keep an open mind and you will achieve so much in life that you can teach to someone else.

How to Make SFI not be Overwhelming, for you and Team members?
Start at the beginning.
As you first came into SFI and then went right into the TO-DO-LIST and The LaunchPad lessons which is all good, go back and reread the welcome letter that tells you about the SFI program and the goals of SFI, (when they started and why they started the company) for those who wanted to learn and get that knowledge and know why you are determined to work with this company, it helps you start a business that will not only make you money but teaches you how to accumulate and learn,( having knowledge) can never be taken away from you and will help all through your life.
So go back and learn what SFI means and what it is all about so you will feel comfortable about promoting your business with SFI and TripleClick.com having the knowledge is priceless to you and will help you understand why you have signed up and as you go it will benefit you and all you bring into your business. Getting to that point, is for your benefit and others will benefit also.
Try out different avenues, take what you have learned and go with it (if you know anything about the internet or nothing, if you take all the steps that SFI has giving to you to fallow you will successes in your business).

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

Just because a CSA is not responding dose not mean they are not working on there assignments, or business you may have written them many times, the information that you have given may have been the one they needed to a question they were asking.
so never give up on any of the CSA or any of your team.
