Great question, It is important that your family embrace your SFI business however be prepared for rejections. When you introduce your family to SFI you will have some that will support it, and others will encourage you to quit because they may think SFI is a scam due to many scams on the internet. When this happens you have to surround yourself with like minded business people who believe in you and your dreams. These people are dream killers and you can't continue to be in an environment where people are negative and will only bring you down. Keep going because you are in business for yourself and they will be working a 9 to 5 job for the rest of their life.

You will know if you are capable of building a successful SFI business if you are determined, persistent, and haver a non quitting mindset. It takes time to build your business. Sometimes it can be frustrating, sometimes your team do not take action but you can't quit you have to work with the workers. Those who want to be successful will. Continue to read, log in, complete your actions, and market your business every day. You will find in you team affiliates who are willing to work in your down-line, but you want ever find out if you quit. Stay focused and you will succeed.

How important is it to read the latest SFI news...and how does this apply to building your business?

It is very important to read the latest SFI news daily so you will be well informed about changes or updates that will go on in your business. Say you worked at a restaurant and Management decides to change your working hours. If you never look at the schedule or communicate with management you would not know that your hours were change, the same goes for you business. If you do not check SFI news, you will not be aware of updates or changes in your business. When you know what's going on you can also let you down-line know as well to keep them up to date. How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?

Great question.
Your can the superstars in you down line by the actions that they take.
1. They will log-in everyday and complete to-do-list.
2. They will complete their launch pad lessons.
3. They will be a fast-track member.
4. They will have team members in their down-line
5. They will contact their up line if they have question or concerns
6. You will notice monthly they will reach EA status, team leader or above
7. They will be actively involve in games, bidding on products in auction etc
8. They will shop at their Triple click store
When you check you genealogy check out what your down-line is doing. You will see the superstars, they are the ones that are always actively working to build their business. You should reward them and continue to encourage their success.

How can I become a good supporting sponsor when my communication skills are not good?

Great question!
If your communication skills are not good you still can be a good sponsor, by asking for help from your sponsor or co-sponsor. There are many people in Sfi who are willing to help you along the way. You can also go to the ask forum and there you will find plenty of answers to you questions. You can also use the sample how to write emails from Gary and tweak it into your own words. That's what I did, especially if you are not sure what to say. The key is don't worry about making a mistake, just do the best you can. If you are not making any mistakes how can you grow or learn from the mistake.

That is a great question. What I do is always lead by example. I set goals for myself, my business and I create a plan of action to achieve these goals. The reason I do this is to support my vision and also have a plan of action to give directions to how I will achieve my goal. If I know where I am going and how I will get there, I will never get lost in my business. If you do that with your SFI business you will be successful. By doing so you set an example for your csa and psa. You can teach others what you are doing and because they see your success they will follow because you are the example for your affiliate's.

You can be successful in SFI no matter your location. That is why SFI is the best business to be involved in. The best tool to use for building a successful SFI business is the S builder. This is a great marketing tool for inexperience affiliates or people who do not have much time to advertise. By ordering the S building the marketing is done for you, and all you would have to do is to lead your team. Welcome them, assist them with any questions they may have, and teach them to duplicate what you have done. Its that simple!

Great question, to target a specific group you should join a forum related to what you are trying to sell. For example join a business forum or a forum with people looking to work from home. Start conversations and engage with your audience. Once you have gained their trust you can start marketing you business to them that could ultimately lead to active affiliates.
