At this stage the basic information is known to the affiliate of what SFI stands for and what it is wourth, because we are working here with people and people is not an exact sience the reason for becoming non active wil be divergent, therefore, the question should be asked for the affiliate. if you want your dormant affiliates to become active again, the first thing you have to do is get in contact with them, you have to remind them why they joined sfi in the first place posssibly to improve thier life maybe make more money maybe for financial freedom so they can spend more time with thier family. The actual reason isnt important what is important is that when they first signed up to SFI they made a promise to thier selves and they probaly also made a promise to their family so what I think you have to do is remind them of the promise that the made aand remind them that you should always KEEP THE PROMISE YOU MADE TO YOURSELF. Hi every one Incourage them lie this-

One of the things you have to do to be successful here is to be consistent. Always do your daily, weekly, and monthly task. Post a stream message every 2-3 days, and always check your ECA and T-Connect pages.

If you have the T-Credits to participate in an auction, make sure that you are prepared with enough T-Credits and cash to pay for the item you are bidding. Have a budget in mind before doing so and never go beyond that or you'll end up losing a lot of T-Credits and paying more than what you wanted :)

Participate in WBF auctions and make sure you win so you can get back all the T-credits you used and please do this during MRP Mondays if possible to get twive the MRP you get for every bid you make.

This is indeed a difficult question to address, but let me try based on my own experience.

I have 69 CSAs, out of which only 8 were active. Of these 4 seem to have become dormant recently. This is a bit discouraging, as it does reflect on me to some extent as the Co-sponsor. So how do I tackle the situation ? There could the following strategies:

1. Send them personal mails and try and find out what ails them.

2. Give them "pep talks' and try to motivate them to resume their activities.

3. Send them TC Gift Cards as an incentive.

4. Try and help them resolve the problem they face.

5. Chat with them on Skype and get on a One-to-one counseling.

I am glad you asked this question at this time. I am going to jolly well try these methods and see the results. Wish me luck !

There are many reasons why a person joins SFI which is why there are also many reasons why they they stop being active. It is important in the first place to not have assumptions about either reasons.
Focusing first on the most promising dormant affiliates (those with the most VP), I check their profile (if they allowed me as their sponsor to view it) and/or engage in a one to one Team mailing to determine why/how they started with SFI. I then devise a strategy to recreate those incentives, for example:
- if someone bought something from tripleclicks (one of my PSAs bought 3 items from TC because she could not find them anywhere else), I give out a minor challenge with a $12 giftcard reward redeemable at tripleclicks.com for anything they fancy including that PSA's type of purchase
- if an employee is trying to become self-employed, I explain the main differences. For one, self-employment requires upfront, initially unrewarded work to lay down the foundations. Financial investment is not compulsory but it does boost promotion and business
- etc
In addition to these, there are some general facts that need to be reminded one at a time in a weekly genealogy mailer (one fact per mail helps your sponsored affiliates focus and promotes the team spirit as you are all focusing on one task at the same time. It also strengthens your leadership as you can focus on the same types of questions and be more efficient at replying to them. The weekly frequency gives you and your team flexibility but can be changed according to your preferences). I have 3 main examples for these:
- Team, remember that tripleclicks.com is YOUR store. When you shop there, you contribute to the pool from which your SFI benefits come from. In addition, it is easier to advertise what you have yourself experienced to your friends and family. Also, your reviews are rewarded with 25VP each. Simply switch some or all of your current shopping to tripleclicks.com and take advantage of more and more payment, delivery and collection options.
- There are many existing reward schemes but they tend to encourage that sense of providing for today's needs and for the same amount of work as SFI leave little to no resilient income. SFI is not about surviving today, it is about building tomorrow (the many tomorrows to come).

I hope this helps. Success with SFI depends on how you approach it. Affiliates, dormant or not, need to see benefits for themselves. Personally, the blackmailing salesman's approach just makes me want to hang up. In our conversations, let us always remember that we are talking to people just like us.

In order to lead effectively, leader must know what makes affiliates "tick". By studying human behavior. It will help to find the fight cause of making affiliate dormant. Plus, leaders who care about their affiliates and are attentive to them are more able to influence them in accomplishing unit goals.

Because engaged affiliates are more highly motivated to make a positive contribution, try harder, perform better and are less likely to leave a business compared to disengaged people. If we are try to educate them on :

1-Have specific strategies to drive measurable performance increases for themselves and their teams.

2-Understand how to connect, communicate and focus all business activity through one simple integrated "Success Model"

3-Learn definitive approaches to getting more from the teams you lead.
Have an enhanced positive mindset spurred to take action.

After that, they will renew their affiliation to their businesses and will have more testimonials because it will like a resurrection, these are we call encouraging people to become active.

Some of the new affilates dont have enough knowledge on affilate marketing , finds it difficult to go through all the methods discussed in the training module.Since the process is time consuming may affilates may not be having enough time for this . So few steps can be followed .

1. Instead of hideous training materials , it should be short and easy to understand .
2. Certain items should be made free , to encourage the affilates .

First of all, please understand that English is not my English, but I intent to do the best. I hope you understand my answer...


Well ... affiliates who become dormant ... first of all, when you receive a new affiliates (receive, reassigned, win on auction or buyed) will be good if you can put in contact with him at first, and in the simplest manner, explain him/her what is SFI and how it´s work. And doing this ... exist a possibility that many of your affiliates stay/become active.


O.K. Now, let´s see what we can do to one affiliate who have became dormant ... Communication is very very important. Also, it´s important to be Shure that your messages arrive at your affiliate. You doesn´t know if your affiliate has read or not the message, but in every message you send him, can ask if it´s possible to confirm you that he received the message!




Perseverance! Even if you not receive any answer for part of your affiliate, you can send mails. It will be a good thing if you have time to send a personally message, just for him, for his situation, and explain why you are insist so much! And that´s a way to have his attention!


Communicate to this affiliate, that SFI is a Real Business, and eventually say him some earnings you have in your lasts months ... this is one big thing, and if there is some $, for Shure that this affiliate will stop and think to start!



Another thing ... you haft to present this business in a simple manner, and say that it´s not very complicate, but, like every business, you haft to dedicate some time, every day if it´s possible, and son, he will see the results of the business!



Also I want to say you that maybe there are affiliates that simply you can´t revival them. And... You just haft to understand this!




One more thing ... one of the most import ants things in SFI is that QUALITY is more important that quantity. So, I advise you, that if you have active affiliates, stay in contact with them ... help them, explain how to do this business, give them some tips, and carry them. From your active down line you can win/earn a lot of things. So ... it´s good to invest time, efforts and money in few of your most active affiliates! And this will give you a lot of results!
