What is the best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again?

Some of the new affilates dont have enough knowledge on affilate marketing , finds it difficult to go through all the methods discussed in the training module.Since the process is time consuming may affilates may not be having enough time for this . So few steps can be followed .
1. Instead of hideous training materials , it should be short and easy to understand .
2. Certain items should be made free , to encourage the affilates .
3. Team leaders should take up proper initiative to interact with the affilate and understand their situation .

If you had to start over with SFI, having the knowledge and tools you have now that you didn't have before, what would you do differently?

SFI training modules deals with almost all the marketing techniques . However many of these may not be applicable for all . There are few other techniques which can be deployed .
1. Developing own strategies . Have a track of the latest techniques available , which can be applies here .
2. Developing channels of communication .
