This is a very good question and i am sure many would like a honest answer.

The only thing i continue to do is send them a weekly note,try to recapture their attention as to why they had originally started with SFI.

Most people start something with the purest of intentions but while doing what they started they got side track by other elements. Some of the elements of distraction seem logical at the time so the person it happens to cannot see it only the analysis will.

Most people start a business to get returns,while other start to get income whichever one any of us falls it we will have to get the understanding that whatever we put in is what we are going to get out.

SFI is a opportunity for all,but we have to realize in order to win we have to do whatever is necessary.Let us continue to encourage each one and eventually they will understand.Affiliates that are dormant now can be active again when we do not give up on them.Just send them the little note weekly and eventually you might struck the right cord that get them excited again.

Some of these dormant affiliates were just curious and had no real plans, but I think they would return if there is a continuous contact. My answer to this question will not to be demanding but to be polite, and would continue to write to these dormant affiliates, as I have been doing, and ask them to revisit the SFI website, see the tips given by many of the senior SFI affiliates. These tips could further assist them to rethink their strategies, revisit their goals and if need be reset their goals.

Be always available for your Affiliates in case they decide to become active. Send them short, useful and precise messages from time to time with tips and tricks "how to succeed in SFI". Learn these tips from the answers in the Forum and Ask SC, if you don't have enough experience to give advices of your own to your down line. Let your dormant Affiliates know, that you are doing fine as well as other members of SFI Community, who decided to be active and persistent growing their business.

The best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again

(1) Give the proper knowledge about SFI and how earn VPs.
(2) Use of SFI tools.

The best way of encouraging dormant affiliates is to try as much as you can to send out messages Mailer,e-mail through your Genealogy,copy and past or you can draft your own messages to them if conformed by SFI authority. But all the necessary information is provided to new and Old Affiliates who determined to succeed,you can only encourage them through posting nice uplifting messages.

"They said that,you can only take a horse to water,but you can't force the horse to drink.Always ensure you feed them with necessary information and direct them to SFI Basics, SFI Launchpad and Rules of Success, to be constantly Reading them.

Affiliate sign up because they get the link. They also sign up as fun and they also sign up because being told to do so.These are the affiliates they remain dormant. They are dormant because they are not told about the earning potential In SFI.
1.Clearly make them understand that the time they spend here will be monetarily rewarded.

Usually, they don't even let you know they are receiving you Team Mailings. Really the only thing that would make them commit to their business is YOUR EXAMPLE. I started on 3/30/13 and today I'm BTL and expect to stay BTL this next month.

Sure it is a sacrifice, I have to invest in purchases of 500VP (over the 1500 VP required to stay EA2) I have no PSA's EA2 so its hard to achieve the 1000 action VP's

I believe in the program so I sacrifice in the beginning to reap the results. You see, I live on my $1000 SS, so I can't throw money away. I let them know my results and earnings on the non active Team Mails. I let them know is not easy, requires working it. If they don't active it will be their loss.

Communication is the key. One has to make contact with the dormant affiliate in some fashion. Team Mail, personal e-mail, social network sites such as Face Book, Twitter. Whatever mode works, the message should show true interest in the welfare of the dormant affiliate and as to why they are choosing not to work the SFI business model. Point out how, regardless of their current circumstances, SFI can work for them. Be sure and make it "real" without false promises. Offer your help and be genuine in this.

To answer this question I have to approach it in 3 different dimenions of:

How do people Become affiliates

1) People become affiliate by a chance encounter: this group of people did not have any internet business in mind in the First place, LIKE ME

2) Some became an affiliate because He had intenet business in mind

3)People became affiliate because someone had told them about SFI
Group 1(CHANCE ENCOUNTER)
Chance encounter group need imidiate and precise information on what SFI is all about and how to go About it, including the benefits of owning their own business to earn residual income as outlined by SFI; if this info does not get to them all at once, such affiliates are gone. There is nothing you can do. Putting in a call will help to get them back online.

GROUP 2(INTENET BUSINESS IN MIND)
This group of affiliates are business hungry and want to know how to go about it. The log in sometimes to find out what they can do. Contacting these people and encouraging them will boost their hunger to achieve. You only need to give a little helping hand.

Group 3(SOMEONE TOLD THEM ABOUT SFI
This set knows a little by virtue of the fact that they have been told, They just need a little more energy, They will respond to your mails.

So try and find out which group your PSA and CSA'S belong, when they are domarnt, it will be easier to navigate through them afterwords.

The best way of encouraging affiliates who have become dormant to become active again i believe is to send them a small gift of TCredits trough your genealogy. An other good way also is to reassign some of your first level affiliates. Of course you have to encouraging them by sending Team Mails and explain them how SFI works and how they can increase their income.
