In my experience is that auto-responders are not appropriate for marketing SFI. If you have a website for your SFI Business it should have a short written presentation of each of the 5 different ways to built-up your SFI Business. In each presentation create text links to each appropriate SFI Gateway. As for emails, respond personally. Internet marketing is hard and the click thru ratio (CTR) of your marketing is supposed to be 2-3% (for 1000 page views 20 to 30 persons will show interest and go to your gateway. When they learn that contact is auto-responder generated they see the business negatively.
As for what to say. You have to be a role model for them to duplicate. You have to be all you ask them to be. Be sincere about the facts that you have to work daily SFI, get products sales from TripleClicks.com, mix action VP and VP from purchases done by yourself. That it really takes 2-3 yrs. to see a true income. Who signs up after getting the true hard facts of the business, which includes the fact that the potential good streaming income is real with SFI, will be a great asset to your team and business development.
My advice, don't use auto-responder. Create a live real Team Leader and Friend relation with your, (from interested in info contacts to affiliate in your team. Movers in your genealogy are gems and those keeping EA2 the diamonds.

To target specific groups: search for forums, directories and blogs serving those groups you want to reach. In them either post information or add the URL you are promoting in the directories and the best way is to pay for banner or business advertising in the niche forums, directories and blogs.
In your neighborhood (I love wellness and health category products and home and garden category natural cleaners) you can post flyers and try to address the targeted group in a products presentation. Can be elderly housing projects, disabled persons groups like veterans or other. It's offering the right product or business opportunity, based on the specific group profiles.

For what I have learned as I grow in the business, I will have to sacrifice and invest before getting costs returned between 2-4yrs ( this time frame is considering only the downline activity and income from TC Executive Pool). With TC store members under you, earn a 45% commission of the CV of ea. sale. With this in account you get on the money immediately.
To make EA rank you have to make an Standing Order(SO) for a product/s totaling 1500 VP. Without you investing, TC members purchases can produce you the 1500 VP/mo. 'Health and Wellness' and 'Home and Garden' categories are great for offering great products. A standing order of Veriuni Liquid Nutrition from your grandma or your mother would be great. The home and garden natural cleaning products are great to sell to family. (This applies to selling to anybody)
4)You should buy a S-Builder Coop unit, it should give you (they make clear that there is no guaranty)at least 4-5 mixed PSA's and TC members. This month I bought an ECA product of 10 guaranteed PSA's exclusively from USA, Canada, Australia or UK, I have received 6 already, bought it 3 or 4 days ago. the s-builder is slower. But the S-builder is $22 and the ECA pack is $45. I read a AskSC answer where the person tells she has a 7500 downline, of which like 900 make at least 100 VP and like 10 are EA2. So my friend we have to get CSA's and PSA's no matter what. A BTL(bronze team leader will get 50-100 second home CSA's/Mo. + what you get yourself. You don't have to ask for your team ratings. They will rate you to get the 10 VP's. What you have to do is give them constant support and good sincere advice (being clear that this will take time). It's better to reward those few good affiliates in your downline with Gift certificates to help them make EA or Tcredits than giving them CSA's or PSA's (which you will give to them anyway). The inactivity of affiliates in any downline is depressing and the biggest reason for them giving up. That is your biggest challenge. This is what will get you good ratings from your team.

My situation is the same as yours.
I'm BTL rank at this moment but will step down to EA2 for a while. I have 652 PSA and 192 in Gen 2,3 and 4. 453 CSA. And only 1 PSA and 2 CSA are EA2.

I believe in the system so I'm planning to keep it up for 1-3 yrs. Now I'm bidding for DP auctions only and will stay EA2 buying 125 TC pack and saving the MRP earned. The months that I have enough MRP I will buy single TCredits (102 VP) each. They cost 126 MRP each. With the To Do List Tasks VP and 10 (cost 1260 MRP) or 11 (cost 1386 MRP) Single TCredits (102 VP) I will keep EA2 without spending money that month.

You have to do every available Daily To-Do List Tasks to earn free VP. Play the T-time contest as many hours in the day as you can. Play the Daily Grand. Now in the Alerts page (bottom) is a button that earns you 1 extra entry to the Daily Grand (click it before going to the WINIT page).

Must work to make TC store sale in your area. I'm going to target Elderly Homes and groups to market the Health and Wellness products. Another good products are the Home and Garden natural cleaners products.

When a team member asks me something.
1- I check the support index. Everything you can ask is there. The problem is that the new guys are absorbed on learning and doing the List tasks actions and don't have the time to read all the info.
2- I give them my own explanation based on what I read and learn, but also include the link to the (specific issue) Support answers page.
3- If I don't find the answers in Support knowledge database, I open a 'Support Ticket' and let them know that they can use this resource themselves. That SFI wants us to succeed and is here to help us.

Both are equally important. The initial contact should be inmediately of signup, for the tasks in the 1rst 24 hrs gives them a solid base to start EA. The follow-up is what will make or break you. The 1st year is the hardest, they will invest money in the TC purchases and you have to walk them through the facts that this needs from 6 mo. - 1yr setting the base to a streaming income.
