The SFIIM gives you a chance to converse with a PSA or CSA in real time. Like right now.
But it doesn't get stored anywhere that I have found, and we lose the message as soon as we log out.
Therefore when an affiliate asks me a question that is less simple than a yes or no, I tell him that I will answer it through my email, of the group mailers. That way if it has multiple parts or a complicated answer it can be keep for as long as needed.
Also, I tell them at the very beginning of the note who I am. And sometimes how to open the white box so he can respond.
