To answer your question, I think that there's a lot of different ways that you can motivate your affiliates witht the TripleClicks gift certificates.

First, You can make an announcement to your team of affiliates that you can give them an opportunity to make extra Cash if they give out certain amount of Gift Certificates.
Perhaps, extra VP for the month, like say; 50VP and those points can be also used as Cash.

Second, If they know your team affiliates work hard enough for the month, Then you can gather all of your team affiliates points and turn them into a free gift, like maybe giving them more Extra Cash or maybe a particular item that they may like, Of course you would set up your team like into 5 affiliates per team. Whoever gives out more Gift Certificates for the month Wins.


These are just a couple of examples that you can motivate every affiliate in your team. You have to give them something to look forward to. With the hard work that they put into the business, of course they deserve anything even if it's small they would feel good about themselves. Another thing to is that, You want them to feel and be appreciated so the reward in the end is an incredible giveaway for your team they would be really happy with that and expect more exciting things to be given away each month.

People like bargains. People like receiving and taking advantage of special offers. By offering gift certificates to your affiliates, you will create increased interest in SFI...and this will naturally lead to more activity.

go to your Genealogy Report and click the Gift Certificate tab. Then click the "Buy Now" link to purchase a Gift Certificate for a specific affiliate. Select the certificate amount you wish to offer and a deadline on your offer. (NOTE: A deadline gives your certificate a sense of urgency and enables you to better track the current gift certificates you have available at any given time. The system will assign a one-year expiration date by default.)

The SFI system automatically sends your affiliate a special e-mail notifying him or her of the discount you've offered and the deadline. The affiliate simply clicks the link to the TripleClicks store contained in the e-mail and redeem the gift certificate immediately. Your affiliates will receive the discount you've authorized when they place their product order.

Gift certificates, if I understand correctly, mean TC gift cards that you can share with your co-workers - that they can continue to distribute and thus make the whole chain of incentive campaigns.


And there is also the Gift Certificate, something like a gift voucher, where the named amount of money you can pay now most actions to maintain or achieve a better status. Or divert to your associates smaller sums, for similar activities.


All in all, this is an extremely useful tool for a variety of incentives, competitions, because only thus motivate people to do something.


These tools should be used wisely, a good estimate of its benefits, how much you will actually gain from such actions. You need to choose the right person, in other words.


I thought, that commendations has a much greater effect in work with people from any criticism, even the best-intentioned.

Motivating your affiliates with incentives and rewards can turn a mediocre affiliate into a winning team member. Offering a gift certificate for TripleClicks can be an excellent incentive for them to grow their business, in turn growing yours.

The great thing about giving your affiliates gift certificates for achieving certain goals is that it benefits them directly, but it also benefits you. You get commission from any purchases your PSAs or CSAs make. In addition, you can earn matching VP on their purchases (and on the rest of your downline) if you are a Team Leader. Finally, their purchase benefits the company as a whole, since there are VP that go into the Executive Pool as well.

Gift certificates can be used for new affiliates to motivate them to earn EA2 status their second month. Likewise, they can be used to encourage your EA2s to work a little harder to become Bronze Team Leaders. You can also use them to reward your PSAs for finding good affiliates and keeping them active.

Best way to use TripleClicks Gift Certificates will have to be an incentive i would think.
I would not be the only one here that would think the same either, by making it an incentive or a reward mean your affiliates can try have the opportunity to earn that Gift Certificate to use on products they want the most, or to keep aside and save it.

I would certainly use gift cards as a reward to my most active affiliates to motivate them to keep working hard. It may feel enticing to give a gift card to an inactive member to try and induce them tobbecome active again. Unfortunately this may just be as good as giving children's food to swine as the this inactive chap may just do nothing so that you may give him more inducements.
