Keeping your downline team members who show promise and are actively working the SFI program is important.
You must keep them incentivised.
Assigning PSA's to them provides a suggestion of your confidence in them.
It will help build a downline for them to send Team Mail to.

If you have recent affiliates, less than 60 days old, active or inactive you should reassign them to deserving team members.
Reassigned PSA's should include active and inactive members.
I would never reassign PSA's who have not shown any activity in over 60 days. Unless, there was previous activity of over 500 VersaPoints.

I personally provide reassignments monthly to my active PSA downline. I have never received a complaint.

From personal experience, I would hold off reassigning PSAs straight away until I am sure that the person to whom I intend to reassign them, will actually look after them properly.

When I first became a team leader, I tried to encourage new people who made EA, by reassigning them new PSAs. Unfortunately that first batch of EAs dropped out after the first month, when they discovered work had to be done, so the PSAs I reassigned to them now have no real sponsor any more. Of course they still receive my team mails and I am still happy to support and help them.

Then I did get another PSA who worked hard and maintained EA in her 2nd month as well, so I reassigned some PSAs to her. However she was quite discouraged because she couldn't get them to do anything, despite her sending them team mails, and even trying to start an advertising co-op. She has not logged in for some time now.

Now I only have 1 active PSA and hundreds of inactive PSAs. I haven't reassigned any of them to my remaining active PSA because I don't want to discourage her with inactive affiliates. She is buying her own inactive affiliates and wouldn't thank me for any more, I think.

I don't think I would consider reassigning any more affiliates until I have at least my five active EA2s, and then only reassign new affiliates who are working, who may perhaps be a benefit to my already active team members. The other condition that seems reasonable is reassigning a new affiliate to an active one from the same language or cultural background.

The other issue I have with reassigning active affiliates is that when someone is active you usually have developed a friendship with them and I would find it difficult to reassign a friend to someone else.

To grow you and your downline SFI business, reassign is also a good feature.

A Team Leader earning more PSA earns maximum income and also grows his/her SFI business. As a Team Leader you always try to get more and more PSA’s. To become successful Team Leader it’s not only important to gain PSA’s, you are required to make success to your downline. Even though you have not enough PSA’s, you should reassign to motivate your downline.

I became EA2, two month after joining SFI. I had 3PSA’s and 7CSA. One of my PSA’s asked me, how to get move VP to become EA2 (he became EA first month and second month is going to end, he was getting difficult to earn 1500 VP)? I had reassigned a PSA’s to him and I had suggested sending him message to encourage your PSA. So that way, he was able to score 1500 VP and he became EA2 for next month. No matter that I loosed one PSA’s; here is matter that I encouraged one of my downline to gain EA2 rank.

In SFI, here you can give maximum number of PSA's to you your downline.

I think it depends on who they are and who the other members of your team are.

I had three PSAs. One of them was my daughter, who is married and lives in her own home. Another one was someone she dated in high school who she and her husband are still friends with. The ex-boyfriend signed up under me but was not doing anything and wouldn't reach out to me. I thought that maybe she could work with him better since they were still friends and knew each other pretty well. So I reassigned him to her.

If you think that someone on your team may be better at working with another person, I don't think it matters how many you have, as long as you have at least one. You both get experience working with a team that is not made up of only CSAs.

I guess a lot of people would say that you are giving up your income if you do that, but you have to see if you have someone who is doing a great job and may be ready for a PSA. After all, we want our team to do well so that they won't quit and then we also do well.

In the end, it is up to each of us and the circumstances as we see them to decide when you have enough or even just when to reassign someone. Perhaps it is a matter of placing someone with another person who speaks the same language or has the same types of obstacles.

I think it is very important to get your business established and working first. So you have to work on all of your psa's first aiming to get the best possible result for them, yourself and your team.

There are only 4 reasons why I think you would transfer PSA's

1. You have way to many and you can't handle the workload
2. To motivate/excite and encourage your downline
3. A competition reward set up on your Leadership page
4. You are short of your VP's for the month

I wouldn't transfer your PSA's unless it was for one of these reasons. I would transfer new PSA's under the 700VP, as they are new and will be able to learn from their new leader. That being said you have to have your business structure strong so it is more of an individual judgement call.

Re assigning of PSA's should be handled very judiciously.

The purpose of reassigning is to help your active down-line to strengthen their business and should be done in the right way.

If you reassign a good PSA to a not so good PSA then the results may not be favorable. At the same time if you were to reassign an inactive member to your active PSA it may not help both of you.However, there are instances where by reassigning an inactive member becomes active due to the interaction with the new sponsor.

The time to plan for reassigning will be when you have a couple of promising PSA's or active PSA's.

In my opinion you must reassign not depending on whether you are Team Leader or not but on the need for helping your active PSA.

Your question asks: "as a new team leader" and to be honest, if you are a "new" team leader I would not suggest that you jump in on reassignment too quickly.

I would first take some time to decide who my real "movers" are in my team.

If you are new to team leader status you are just now reaping the benefits and you should take some time to find a good balance, decide who is deserving of a new PSA, and which members you think might benefit from having one of your PSA's guide them.

There are several reasons for reassigning PSA's, but its not a process you just jump into and start throwing people around. If you have a comfortable relationship with one of your PSA's you may not want to move them and instead work with each other to build a stronger downline.

Balance is key to everything in SFI. You can use the reassignment tool to really boost your business if you choose who and where wisely and use patience in doing so.

When you re-assign your PSA's, you’ll get the almost same benefits as before. The only difference is between generations. This is also a great tool to use as a reward for those affiliates who work so hard.

The advice that we get almost every day, and one of the golden rules of SFI, it is enough to have 5 hard working and dedicated PSA. Just take a look at the banner to us on a daily basis, spinning in front view, while performing everyday tasks - 3 simple steps to create a full-time income:

1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain an EA every month.

2. Recruit five affiliates using the methods listed.

3. Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.

Of course, it's a filtering process and requires time and patience, but it pays off in the end.

About that process were discussed at the SFI forum and in this place, and I do not want to repeat what is most important.


The simplest answer to the above question would be - you never know. You can have 500 PSA and have no effect, and the five of them, with results which reaches the sky.

Reassigning PSAs to a downline still retains benefits to the TL from the reassigned PSAs such as commissions and matching points. It is not like a loss. Essentially the TL is boosting prospects for the downline.

That said, considering that A TL can get as many PSAs as possible the most important consideration for keeping PSAs is earning action points from PSAs attaining and keeping EA2 status. The TL gets 100 VP per EA2 PSA. Hence at the first TL position of BTL 10 PSAs getting EA2 will maintain the BTL status for the TL assuming that the other 2000 VPs will be obtained from purchases.

BTL is max 2000 VPs from purchase and minimum 1000 VP from action points.
Therefore 10 PSAs can help maintain BTL for the TL.

Going higher to STL requires 2000 action points which can be obtaining from 20 PSAs attaining and keeping EA2. GTL requires 3000 action points which can be obtained from 30 PSAs. Finally PTL requires 4000 VPs which can be obtained from 40 PSAs.

Going by this argument since a TL can only go as high as PTL (Platinum Team Leader) only 40 PSAs are required to get 4000 VPs for the TL to maintain PTL status. The number 40 therefore becomes the critical number at which a TL may consider making reassignments and boosting his/her downline.

To answer the question: As TL you know that you have enough PSAs to start reassigning when you have the number that will sustain you as a TL by assisting you get the requisite action points for TL.

I think you no need to put a limit on this statement, as long as you have more than 2 PSA's, then you can do the reassignment, personally, I hope can get as many PSA's as possible, because that will increase the percentage of active PSA's, which means I can earn more direct sales commission and increase ineligible matching VP.(Only PSA's can reassign).

Back to your question, reassign PSA's to downline is a way, a clear statement to show your active PSA's that you are happy and appreciate about their effort, you willing to support and help them in any way you can.

For example, you assigned PSA (B) for PSA (A), PSA (A) had earn direct sales commission from PSA (B), he/she was very happy and start to improve and even more hardworking. Beside that, PSA (A) also got the opportunity to earn 120 VersaPoints for sending weekly team email.

So there is no bounder on having enough PAS's to reassign, but, reassign PSA's as rewards for active PSA's and become a awesome team leader is the key in reassignment.
