There are actually a few benefits to receiving non-active PSAs from your sponsor.

1) If you have no PSAs or CSAs, having even dormant PSAs reassigned to you will give you a name to work with in the Genealogy. You can now see how several of the tabs work. If you have several reassigned to you, then you can see more of the actions of the Genealogy.

2) You will also see how your Movers list works.

3) You can now earn your 120 vp per month for communicating with downline

What a great Question.

When you receive reassignments from your Sponsor they are usually given as a reward for achieving a goal(s). If a Sponsor is rewarding everyone in their Team who also achieves the same goal, he/she may have to reassign 100's of PSAs, as such it is hard to give only active PSAs to everyone.

It is our job as a Sponsor to teach our Team (active or inactive) the best way we can, one such way is by sending Emails on a weekly basis to everyone in our Team.

If nothing else, you have the chance to gain experience in sending team mails.

Whereas your upline may not have had the time or been able to motivate the re-assigned affiliate, you may not have many, so you may have more time to give toward getting to know the PSA. This might help you be able to motivate them and then they would become active.

We never know what we say that motivates someone. You may write to them once a week for months and never have a response and then they

Thank you for asking this important question. The question talks about the "benefits" so I'll just focus on that.

Firstly, you now have more PSAs which is a good thing. We all know how much it costs both in time and money to get sign-ups, so if anyone gives your some for free, he's done you a good thing. Whether they are active or not is a secondary issue, after all you'll agree that most of the ones you signed-up yourself are inactive.

Secondly, you've been given

You asked the right question when you said NON-ACTIVE affiliates, Because most sponsors will not re-assign active affiliates hehehehehehe..

Don't be upset when you receive non-active affiliates from your sponsor because it has mutual benefits for you and your sponsor.

For You:
1. If these are your first PSA, you can receive up to 120 VP per month by sending a weekly PSA messages, even if they will not read or respond to your message.

2. You can have a practice

Receiving non active re-assigned affiliates (PSAs) might appear to be of no use at first glance.

There are so many instances where inactive members suddenly become active and go on to become Leaders.(the bulb suddenly flashes in their head that SFI is the REAL BUSINESS)

You must regularly send a Team mail explaining the benefits and simple strategies to grow the Business every few days to all your downline even if they are inactive because you never know which mail will change

Belinda,

For openers, "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth!"

Now, these PSA's can benefit you in so many ways it's not funny.

Firstly, Just because they are inactive now, does not mean they will always be inactive! At any time they can "get it" and suddenly you have an active affiliate.

Secondly, Now you have a Downline! People you can email. You can send them a weekly newsletter (and get 120VP for the month) You can send them promo

Having received inactive or re-assigned PSAs would give you the chance to prove to yourself that you have the ability to make him/her active. Your team leadership can be put to a test. Doing so would require more attention on your part. If you are giving 100% of your efforts in your current roster of PSAs, I think you have to give this inactive re-assigned PSAs more than 100% of your building up your team efforts by doing the following:
1.) Send him/her an email first introducing yourself

I discovered how to over come the LANGUAGE BARRIER by reassigning certain affiliates.
I've had an increase in activity by giving non-English speaking PSAs to a "new sponsor" in their own country.
The PSAs are now able to communicate and receive the help they need to get going.
Language Reassignment has helped several inactive affiliates and two of my EAs have become Bronze Team Leaders.

I remember when I first started.
I successfully advanced to Gold Team

The benefit of nan-active assigned affiliates is that any time they may start up.

Your upline should NOT offload old non working affiliates, but often if your upline (and many do) get hundreds of affiliates in a day from an advertising campaign, they take 10 and give to each of their downline as incentive to get started or get moving. They cannot select only working ones as nobody knows when they first come in if they will ever work at all, and they are FREE to you, so treat them like
