The probability of getting good affiliates under you is less. Like what we all have learned that appointing 5 good affiliates under you would create significant income. So if you have 5 good affiliates under you recruit more and reassign them to your 5 Movers. This would increase your Gens and your income too.
The truth is, if you don't train others to take your place, those on your team will not train those below them either. In the end, everyone is limited because nobody wants to let go of their current position.
