When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

I don't think we should ever give up on anyone. Some people might just be late bloomers but it is imperative that we work with the workers Nd encourage those who are not operating to operate

Why does it seem like everyone who joins SFI think it's get-rich-quick?

Desperation is usually the cause. There are no jobs and those people lucky enough to have a job, earns minimum wage and cannot make it. They are family men and women who have families to support. After a month of hard work and enthusiasm, they find they have only earned a few cents, if that, they become dispondent and start looking for something more stable, again, which they are not finding so they look at yet another online business. These are the people who end up looking everything cause they get caught up in scams. If these people had remained consistent, they would have been earning the money they so desperately need. Remain consistent and loyal to one company and give it your 200% ratherbthan being busy with 10 business opportunities and only giving each one 5% and in the end earning a little rather than gaining financial independence.

What is your best way to motivate your downline?

I find a daily encouraging message works and keep them believing in themselves and stay focused. Another way is to reward them with a gift card. This makes them feel important and gives them the feeling of self worth.
How do I present the SFI/TC opportunity to a prospect without "overselling" it and turning them off?

Never come across desperate, no matter how much you may need the income. My answer to people is NO PROBLEM. I use story telling as my technique. I tell my story as well as other people's success stories. Remember, SOME WILL, SOME WON'T, SO WHAT, WHOSE NEXT.

This is a great question. The best way to get your downline excited is to give them an incentive. A gift certificate is one of the best ways of giving recognition to your top achievers and also getting the ones not doing so well something to work towards. The idea is to inspire your entire team to become top achievers by showing recognition by issuing gift certificates.
