I never just concentrate on my most active CSAs. When I send out my team mailers, I send out two - one to ALL of my PSAs and one to ALL of my CSAs. Just because they're not responsive doesn't mean they're not doing anything at all.

Some of my PSAs and CSAs will go on a long hiatus and then all of a sudden, they show back up in my Movers list again.

You never know what their situations are behind the scenes, and what might spark their interest to jump back in and try to start

Should one give up on CSA’s who are not doing anything, that is a good question.

My Answer: “NEVER GIVE UP” I treat my CSA's the same as my PSA's

Why do I say that I am a good example. This is my third attempt with SFI.

I felt that SFI was too slow to get to a high paying commission.

I was sidetracked by the hype of the “Get Rich Quick” programs and went
from program to program. But SFI was always in the back of my mind.
I returned

Great question!

Simple answer: NEVER give up on them!

People sign up with SFI for a number of reasons and with lots of different levels of experience, motivation, desire, and willingness to learn.

Their desire to make money online is clear: they signed up. But that's often all we know about them, and the motivation and willingness to learn must come from within. Each PSA or CSA needs to decide for themselves that the time is right to make SFI work for them.

Until

I was a late bloomer in SFI. That is I had too many irons in the fire when the opportunity was presented so I did nothing with SFI for 2 months. I filtered all those annoying emails into a folder and forgot about them. My sponsor was a no show and still is. When the time came I logged in and started the program. I'm still here and I'm building my business.

Every single one of these people opted in to SFI for a reason. Then for other unknown reasons did nothing with the opportunity.

Hi colleague

As much as it irritates talking to someone who doesn't respond, i will give you my word today because i have been through that and not only with my CSA or PSA but in my personal life.
I used to shout and yell at my 14 year old nephew everyday until 5 years later when he was 21 years old everything was the way i wanted them to be, i wasn't shouting or yelling at him anymore and it came to my mind that he didn't understand why i was expecting him to do things the way i

I never give up on anyone in my downline...until they opt out or drop off. You never know what personal circumstances people have or when they will start working their business again.

Never give up. Always send messages with information, advice and support. At least weekly.

My answer is: Never! There could be a number of reasons why CSAs are not responding to our messages or remain inactive since joining. Sometimes it is due to lack of resources on their part and not owning a personal computer is the problem most have to face. We'll never know the real reason that's why it's important we should not give up in reaching out to them.

However, we should also be practical. Time is money. As we work closely with workers and movers on our team, we can continue

Do not give up on anyone, keep on encouraging them and try to find out what is their set back, if there isn't a language barrier and you play the role of a good coach there is the possibility they will respond when reality hits.

Being a leader of a team is all ready a challenge and even more so when there is a lack of communication from any one of your team members. Lack of response from a PSA or CSA is hard not to take personally but at the same time is a way for a team leader to review what motivates members of the team. This challenge is actually an opportunity to let the team leader develop new skills as a leader as well as improve upon what is all ready working. I would encourage continuation of professional communication
